My complaint is on the website "My partner India" which is a Fraud company.

We have got a call from person (Deepa) from Mobile Number (+[protected], this girl said will send matches and should pay Rs. 3000 for same. After paying they have sent one match which is also Fake, after asking to matches no response to message and call.

These people are making business in the name of...

The company with the name - my partner india is totally fraud. A lady called herself as barsha (Mobile no: [protected]) - called me up and given a random example that this profile send you a request and kindly confirm us. Then i thought she belongs to a match making service provider with which i am already registered. I have mentioned my criteria. She confirmed that she has this kind of profiles in her hand and sent me 2 good looking profiles in whats app. I have sent her my details and photos.in the very next date, she confirmed that both profiles are also liked my profiles. Then she asked me money for the subscription and i said if the other people who liked my profile are already your paid member then i need to pay. Then she said both parties needs to pay. She showed urgency by stating you want more time to confirm & pay then i will give them another member reference. Then i asked her that how she got my number as i do not have profile in their company website. Then she didn't answer to my question.

One lady from My partner india(Matrimony service) has called me through phone call and suggested me to look in to the girls profiles and she she said i[censored] want to meet their family for the alliance they told me to pay 8000 INR. After paying the money they are not responding and after one week they said girls grand mother has died so they are not responding and they told us to wait for one month. And finally we realized they simply cheated us. Please take some action as they are cheating so many people across INDIA

After protracted contacts from my partner india representatives, i decided to avail services for matrimonial proposals for my daughter as per the terms, commitments and assurance given to me by ibid agency. Payment for services was made on 24.4.2018.
Situation after the payment was completely change. There was no response regarding the document for agreement, response and proposals of desired criteria which i given to them. Then i decided to continuously call them and stressed to fullfill the assurance. Despite my efforts no fruitful result came out.
By this time it was understood that i have been cheated.in such situation a notice under section 80 cpc was served upon them which was followed by several emails.in addition to above notice, request either to refund the amount or fullfill commitment was also made.
Last mail has been sent today on 14.11.2018.
The purpose of complaint is to save others from cheating by my partner india besides get refund or agency has to honour all its commitment

Maine apni beti ke liye sneha naam ki ladki se baat ki my partner india branch me. Usne mujhe kuch rishte bataye jiska aaj tak mujhe number nahi mila. Uske kehne anusaar maine 6000/- ka amount pay kiya. Maine 100 baar call kiya parantu us ladki ne mere call ka jawab nahi diya aur battmeezi se hum log se baat kiya. Fraud ladko ka photo bheja aur beti bol ke paisa liya. Main sneha ke khilaaf bahut bada action lunga aur jald hi uske paas suchna pahuch jaayega. Uske vmarriage beauro mein uske khilaaf action lunga. Maine is par shiqayat kiya jisse anya pariwaar wale sneha dwara satark rahe. Hume jis do number se call aaya sneha ka wo hai ([protected], [protected])

No action is taken making fake profiles of grooms and brides and asking for payment, give false phone number and talk as parents of bride or groom and extract money, download images from profiles from facebook and make marriage profile ...This is pakistani run organization funding to ISI agents, all workers are muslim

A company with the name - my partner india, claims to be spread across ranchi, jamshedpur, indore, rajasthan etc. Cities of india. They have their office in jamshedpur and ranchi as well.
Office address in jamshedpur is - golmuri hindu basti, near police station, golmuri, jamshedpur.

This company is doing fraud in the name of match making. They are extracting the profiles of good looking guys and girls with good family background and education, and once they recognise the urgency of the customer, they try to fool them and take advantage of their emotion.

They have extracted 4500/- from my parents in the name of matchmaking and similar thing they have done to many others who have posted the same type of complaint over the internet. I found those feedbacks and complaints recently when i was not happy with my partner india's services and thought to check their genuinity over the internet.

They are making fake matrimonial profiles by adding pictures of good looking guys and girls and making the profile as glossy and lucrative as they can. And let me tell you, all these profiles are fake and they have no real resemblance. Even if the executives of my partner india arranges a conversation for you with the bride/grooms family members, they will all be fake (Made dummy by these executives only)

Once they have extracted the money from you, you will not get a single call from them and even if you call them from your side, they will never respond you back. The popular numbers from which they call are +91-[protected] / +91- [protected]. And once their job is done that is extracting money from you, they will be vanished, they will block your number of barr your calls.

My parents contacted this matrimony site and called them once. Subsequently they start getting continuous call for membership subscription. They visited their office and paid rs. 3000/- & became paid member for fixed duration. The company make them believe for assured and immediate response.

But it was so shocking and disappointing that after making payment neither we got any response nor any of the employee is available to give us correct information. Nobody is receiving phone call or answering mail.

Need to aware others to beware of this fraud company !!
