I am filing this complaint against MyCaptain for denying my refund request for three courses for which I paid ₹4000.
On 21 February 2026, I enrolled in three courses through a campaign that was conducted through our class CR and paid ₹4000. At the time of enrollment, I was not informed that the courses were strictly non-refundable. No clear refund policy was shared with me before payment.

Not providing certificate after completing all module of course

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Mycaptain(https://mycaptain.in) regarding the non-issuance of my course completion certificate despite fulfilling all necessary requirements.
I had enrolled in UI/UX design on Mycaptain and successfully completed all the modules as per the curriculum. Additionally, I have made the full payment of ₹40000, yet my certificate has not been provided to me also not been provided a single interview call
Despite multiple follow-ups with the concerned person, Mohammed Zeeshan, Sameer Ramesh, I have not received any response or resolution. This is causing unnecessary inconvenience and affecting my career prospects. I believe this is an unfair practice and a violation of consumer rights.
I kindly request you to take necessary action against the Mycaptain and ensure that I receive my rightful certificate at the earliest. I am attaching all relevant documents, including payment receipts, course completion proof, and communication records, for your reference.
I seek justice in this matter and request appropriate legal action if the issue is not resolved.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am sukashini from Tamilnadu. For work purpose am currently in Bangalore.
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against MyCaptain Institute regarding the non-refund of my course fee, which has caused severe financial distress and negatively impacted my credit score.
Details of the Issue:
Course Enrollment:
Course Name: UX/UI Course
Institute: MyCaptain
Enrollment Date: September 2023
Payment Method:
The course fee was processed through a monthly EMI payment method provided by the Merchant Fibe team.
Course Withdrawal:
Within a week of enrollment, due to unforeseen Health issues and work pressue, I requested MyCaptain to close my course and refund the amount to the Fibe team.
MyCaptain removed me from the course promptly after my request. But they didn't formally communicated
Refund Issue:
Despite the removal from the course, MyCaptain has not processed the refund to the Fibe team.
This delay in refund has severely impacted my financial situation and damaged my credit score.
Additional Details:
Lack of Response: The concerned persons from MyCaptain whom I have been trying to reach, Subhojith ([protected]), Yashwant ([protected]), and Aradhya ([protected]), are not responding. Their numbers are either not reachable, switched off, or incorrect.
Fibe Business Cancellation: I have been informed by Fibe customer support that they have cancelled their business with MyCaptain. You can reach Fibe for further verification.
Misleading Information: Yashwant convinced me to enroll by providing misleading information about the course.
MyCaptain keeps stating that they don’t have a refund policy, showing no understanding of customer concerns. The situation has caused me immense mental stress.
I am receiving continuous calls from strangers demanding EMI payments and threatening visits to my property. This is highly distressing, especially as a young woman.
Impact:
My bank account is experiencing severe financial strain.
My credit score has been adversely affected due to this unresolved issue.
The constant harassment and mental stress are taking a toll on my well-being.
I request the concerned authorities to intervene in this matter urgently to facilitate the refund process and help rectify the financial damage caused. Attached are all relevant documents, including the course enrollment confirmation, payment receipts, cancellation request, and communication records.
Your immediate attention and action on this matter will be highly appreciated. I have all mail communication proofs kindly let me know when you needed i will be available to provide at anytime am stressed much because of this and affecting my personal and job life also.
