Placed an order for 500g unflavoured whey protein via the myprotien website. Haven't recieved any tracking information or order update.

I biught whey isolate from myprotien jan 19th and it reached india and is with customs fromjan26 th .from then i dont see any updates.i have been following with customer and everytime i get same response that i wil get my courier.its morethan amonth and do i need to wait for an yesr to get whey protien.such a waste company.such a poor customer service.
