Dear Sir,

I have submitted my EPF withdrawal forms no.19 & 10 C from employer on 10.3.2011. Still I have not received the settlement amount. Already completed 9 months .I have visited 3 time in PF office (KR Puram), accounts section settled with in a week, before 10.12.2011, But till today I am waiting.

Kindly do the needful and...

EPF Settlement A/c No KN/WF/35939/603

Applied for EPF withdrawal in 1st october 2008 from MYRADA, No 2 Service Road, domlur lay out bangalore and i received acknowledgement from same company and EPF application submission date is 2nd November 2008. still not credit my account so please kindly do neefull action.
