Nabajyoti Gas Agency Complaints & Reviews

Dear sir/ madam,

I, b. R. Poddar has booked a gas cylinder on 14th february'2019 may vide consumer no. [protected] to our agency m/s nabajyoti gas agency, ambikagiri nagar path, hatigarh charali, ambikagirinagar, guwahati - 781 024 (Assam).

Almost every day of last week except holiday (From 1st march'2019 till today) i try to contact the agency, either they don't bother to pick up the phone, switch off the mobile or they say they are sending it. Either they should give the correct reason for the delay or a define date of delivery instead of keeping the customer under suspense.

Please look into this matter urgently as to why this delay and not responding properly to the our request.

Here in Guwahati, Assam Hatigarh Chariali,
781024, the delivery executive abuses every time he delivers, he uses mother daughter slangs..
and takes money more than the receipt amount everytime..while i complained the office they had no action...
so i request you guys to take complete action

My name is DEEPA RAJKHOWA BORA consumer nos-144070. I have booked my LPG on 6th Feb and still i have not recieved my LPG. When I went to the office to ask about my LPG they make weird excuses to hide their incompetency. Its been over 6 days and i still not recieved my LPG . pls help me.
