I could see your comment on pahse - 2 is good, when many people told the builder is a cheater / do not care the construction etc...
few manpower are used. not the good materials are used for the construction etc.
me too the same, innocent guy who booked around 5 years before and still waiting even after registration, and payining my pre-EMI interest (which makes the flat still more...
