Worst behaviour I ever experienced from a representative. My parents created an account for me, in this ### app, This representative called several time to my mother's number after I just created an account regarding payment details, my mom stated that will decide with me and will let her know and this rep asked for my phn number and she pinged me I gave her reply in a very polite manner stating that I have not decided yet, will let them know once I confirm she replied ok but she still again messaged my mom telling that Is that really your daughter's nmbr? Your daughter don't know anything about this payment details. (Seriously what this rep thinks? My mom a fool to give someone else number?? )She sent a voice message and she sounds like she is questioning my mom that is when I got triggered, I called her with an intention to make her clear regarding the payment that we are not paying now. but her response was too rude/ she never listened what I am trying to say instead she was speaking continously shouting mentioning my mom told her that we will pay the amount it seems, when I asked her name she said ( sowkaryam illa parayaan), and when i tried to explain that my mom never told that we will do the payment, this rep said that (Ath njangale baadhikkuna karyam alla) The whole conversation from her side was triggering and she disconnected in middle of conv and blocked my number, later an another staff called and enquired the issue and appologized, which she never did, worst CUSTOMER service from Nair Matrimony. Shame on you guys for not even having basic manners or for nor knowing how to deal with CUSTOMERs/clients. I suggest not to register on this ### platform.

NAR1244423, Arun kumar this id created for my brother and we were planning to choose a normal paid service for 3 months up to 6000 inr on that time. During this time we received several calls from your representative for special service offers and one of the representative guide us to choose the 3 months package for 16402 inr and he has convinced to my mother and elder brother will conduct the marriage before 3 months and finally we activated the service.
The service is going to expire on this month we didn’t receive any single response from anyone. Your team members sending weekly their targets profiles to us and no follow up from them. Once i was asking the follow up evidence they were failed to submit.
From our end we’re very disappointed to choose the service from Nair matrimony. Never ever we will recommend anyone to choose Nair matrimony service .
Everyone earning money by hard work and straight ways.Don’t choose short cuts to earn money for your firm. This kind of behavior/attitude normally calls looting money from other.

I am Aneesh. I created a 100% complete profile for myself (NAR1262959). Then Nair Matrimony activated my 3 month Prime Gold plan on a fake dummy incomplete profile (NAR1256198)..When I requested them to transfer this plan to my profile, they suspended my original profile. Since then I have yet to receive a positive response from them. It forces me a lot to use that fake profile to hide their mistakes. The 90 day plan gets no response after 10 days.It's a complete case of cheating.I went after their service and lost my money, my precious time and my health.Beware of cheaters like this and let no one be deceived

, Company Name ; Nair Matrimony, Membership id; NAR1147178, Transaction id;[protected], Date; 6/8/2021, amount; Rs5782, I had paid the amount to a matrimony agency on 6/8/2021 but they did not upgrade the service I calls them many times regarding the issue but still now they did not resolve the issue and they are not responding properly so I wants to file a grievance against them and needs to get refund amount or needs service to be upgraded as soon as possible.

Hi team, we were dealing with mr. Karthik for our account which was renewed on 27 th may 2015 under the offer "till you marry". Against the amount of inr 7500.00 (Receipt # 3465 dt 27/05/2015) issued by matrimony.com. We were promised that the same offer will be under renewal at a cost approx aed 900.00 upon completion of one year or till the profile holder gets married, which ever comes 1st. This year in the month of may an executive named farzana called us and denied such rewal is not valid and needs to be renewed by paying aed 6000.00. It was also later confirmed by one of your executive that she had indeed made a call and mentioned this clause. We really not satisfied with the kind of service provided to us and hence hereby demand a compensation of aed 7000.00 paid for this service,. We would invest the same in some other reputed matrimony site who are reliable and trustworthy.

Got my profile registered with full payment (ID- NAR 422481) for till u marry service in Nair matrimony. Number of calls I received before making payment were countless & after registering, found that very few profiles are registered on this website and that too have been copied from other sites like Bharat matrimony or other similar websites. Repeatedly Calling service nos. has given no response. No calls from Cochin or customer service center, complete silence because money has been pocketed. After that I call the customer care person as per them they can’t do anything with the unread profiles & refund is not possible because I use the service (I can’t understand this. After use only I came to know that they are fraud. )
