It is the complaint about delivery person, He charged 45 extra form us and not submitted the bill also....

I have booked a gas cylinder on 27th June 2013 and I received a message on 5th July 2013 saying that cash memo is prepared and cylinder will be delivered shortly. Still I did not receive my cylinder as of today. But my neighbor got the cylinder one day after he booked for it. There Problem here is when I tried to call[protected] ,[protected] the agency to know the reason they never picks up the phone call.

Namrata Gas agency (KUKATPALLY) is worst Gas agency. It is very hard to connect to their phone line.when we get connected to their phone line, We get Rash/Care less response from them and they disconnect the phone without any conclusion.

Indian Oil Corporation has to think to continue their services, If they are not changing their attitude we need to complaint directly to IOCL.
