I had book our gas booking on 28 dec. 2014 in Nangloi Gas Service, K-2 Adhyapak Nagar, Delhi-41, Booking No. 601260 dt 28.12.2014 cashmemo no. [protected] generated on 02/01/2015 for delivery but we have not received the gas cylinder till 02/02/2015. Kindly take some needful action against the Nangloi Gas Service. I am a LPG consumer of Indane Gas Agency Nangloi Gas Service, Nangloi, Delhi-110041. My Consumer no. NGZ 28973. I would like to state my LPG supplier from Nangloi Gas service does not supply LPG cylinder on time. He always supply the cylinder after several calls. it is his practice to supply the cylinder after 15 or 20 days after booking of the Gas. This irregular and inordinate delay in supplying the LPG cylinders is causing very difficulties...

I am a senior citizen. We are two members in my family, husband and wife. My consumer number is NGT 9359. I book my cylinder after 2 to 3 months. My gas dealer neither picks the phone for booking the cylinder in many attempts nor gives receipts of the cylinder to me and anyone. He delivers the cylinder to me after 10 to 15 days of booking.
He sells the cylinder in black from my account every month.
