Dear Sir/Mam,
I hereby informed you that My ward Abhay Gandhi & Sarandeep Singh took admission in your esteem institute in February 2020 for class 8th .We had paid Rs, 10, 000/- in advance as an Admission Fee. However, due to an unexpected Covid Situation they were not able to attend a single class in 2020. We had informed the Janakpuri Branch Head through email.
During this New Academic Session[protected] we shall continue our association with your Institute & want to enroll them for class 9th .
I would request you to please allow us to continue this year classes with agreed amount of Rs. 40, 000/- (30, 000+10, 000/- advance paid last year) copy enclosed for your reference.
Due to this Pandemic all family members were COVID-19 positive
and we suffer more because our financial condition is deteriorating .
Either we are not in a position to pay an extra amount or any additional fee.
We have already discussed with your Branch Head Mr. Hari Om, but he did not consider our request.
I shall be highly appreciative, if you consider my request & allow our kids to study in your reputed institute.

refund of advance fees and book cum bag fees

My daughter ms krittika bhattacharya (Pp2) have not taken re-admission to narayana school that's why i have claimed to refund the money that they have taken rs 10000 for class l and book and bag fees of rs 7900 on 19/03/2020 in advance.
I requested them to refund the money and provide a transfer certificate verbally and on 22/04/2020 by email during lockdown period.
But they are irresponsive till now..

Staring school fees 30 % mandatory for every student, less than 30% they did not allowed admission for next academic year, due to this this reason no of parents suffering,
they collecting books fees around 5000 from every student staring of every year but they did not giving school books at a time.
for example: one of the student fees 35, 000 per year in that 30 % means 10, 500 mandatory and books amount around 5000 total every parent...

Same happened with my daughter's admission as well. They charged Rs. 10, 000/-, application charges Rs.1000/-as Booking Registration, i did not pay as Admission fee advance and nowhere in the receipt it is mentioned as non-refundable. All staffs working are over qualified for name sake, but work as call center executives. They don't update in their systems when they call the parents, and repeatedly keep calling for the same old query, and give us a mental stress.
Admin is refusing to refund the amount. They say Principal will call and rectify the issue, but don't know where and which snake hole he or she is hiding. It's a fraud academy grabbing money. They are same as the bank fraudulent. They atleast behind the screen they do, these Narayana group with open eyes do the fore-jury.
