A few days ago my ward fell sick he was having high fever and when i called to talk to him they would always tell me to call after an hour or so like this it has been going on for a few days after a week my son called and told me about it even though they are having payphones in campus its not enough for each and every student to call for 700 students only one payphone and the reseption phone cannot be used the institusion should atleast be responsible for these kind of matters when a student is sick they should atleast convey a message to their gaurdian or parents.

Dear sir i am stundent of narayana collage, vedavyas campus, gudavalli. Iam j4 section maths jl is too iresponsible his fetures are he is thin, not to tall, his skintone is not white he is playing jokes with students when principle sir or dean sir vicepriniciple sir are rounds then he is acting like strict and scolding students Ao is not suited to that seat he rude
Students are waiting 15 to 30 min for food
Please take any action imediatly

My name is shaikh imran, i have completed my intermidiate in the year 2014, in narayana junior college, nalanda campus gaddianaram, dilskunagar, hyderabad... but i didn't get my certificates...college management is nt giving any response, they are saying that certificates have to search, we can't found where they are, plz take any action & issue my certificates.

My child had joined at narayana college, spark campus, visakhapatnam. before admission one representative of narayana college visited and
Requested to join in their college and requested me to pay booking fee
Of rs. 2300/- with a promise of fee of rs. 50000/- per year for intermediate and best iit coaching with the best faculty available at their campus. subsequently after admitting the fee was not discussed. after several visit to the college requesting to finalise the fee after one month of college the
Representative mr. naidu (vice-principle) had taken me to the principle mr. raheem.
After much debate the principle said that the minimum fee is rs. 60000/-
And he will not accept for rs. 50000/-. as one month was passed i had
No option but to admit in college after taking a promise from the principle
That my child will get the best faculty and the best teaching with ac room
Available at this campus i. e. spark campus.

Now today i. e. on 14.07.2016 the college had sent me a letter stating that
Your ward had succeeded in niz test which is pioneer section for narayana
Institution, but it can be awarded to the student by charging the extra
Amount of rs. 15, 000/- which is cheating the students and parents.
Being a minister of ap and his staff are blackmailing the students and parents stating that if the additional fee of rs. 15, 000/- is not paid
Your child will not get the best section of this campus and only the last
Ection will be awarded.

Kindly arrange for uniform fee for all the students of a campus studying
The same course.

I'm studying in narayana jr collage dilsukhnagar branch It has very bad infrastructure and strength beyond 100 per class, junior lecturers and senior lecturers use very bad and abusing language Please look into the matter and take necessary steps

I admitted my daughter Ms P. Aparna Priyanka in Intermediate I year in Narayana Junior College, Vittal Wadi, in June 2013. As my daughter did not like the teaching methodology in the collelge and as she was finding it difficult to adjust there, i changed her to another college. My daughter discontinued her studies in the said college from 25.07.2013, and i paid an amount of Rs.32000/- towards tution fee and books. I gave my application for fee refund to the principal on 1.08.2013, requesting for an early refund, as i had to pay the fee in the new college. Till now i.e.26.09.2013, neither my fee was refunded nor did they show any interest to refund it in near future. My daughter;s admission no is 389-0317. Narayana Collage, Jayanagar Branch is a college with very poor infrastructure. while getting admission the building was different, and with in a span of 10 days, the college is shifted to another building with still very limited imfrastructure facilities.
unfortunately the attitude of the accounts and admin staff including vice-principal was still horrible(not ready to help / guide the students / parents who wait for hours for minor clarification.

there is a need for feedback responce from the parents to improvise the performance of the institution.

Considering Narayana Group as one of the reputed Corporate Collage, students and parents also expect some sort of minimum standard in service (after paying hefty fees).

Hope the things will improve. from a concerned public

I have admitted my brother in Narayana Junior college,Kukatpally branch,Hyderabad in May 2009. At the time of admission i paid 1000 rupees as fee and the admission staff told me that the student join in any branch of the NARAYANA group of institutions and this fee amount will also be transfered . Then my brother joined Narayana Junior college,lingampally,hyderabad branch. Now the staff at lingamaplly says that the fees can be transfered only by Kukatpally branch. when i went and asked the same in kukatpally branch, they said that we will not transfer the fee now.

There could be many parents facing the same issue and the whole education system is being fully commercialised.

Please suggest how i can go about this.
