تقدمت إلي موقع نوكري غلف بالعديد من الايميلات الرسمية وصفحاتهم الرسمية مطالبا بحذف حسابي نهائيا لديهم حيث أنني قمت من خلالي بالعديد من المرات المتكررة لحذفة فلم استطيع لوجود مشكلة ولم يتم الرد علي اميلاتي من قبلهم ولم يتم حذفة الي الان كما انها منصة سيئة ولا يوجد لديها اقبال من اصحاب العمل للوظائف وغير مجدية وفريق دعم غير متعاون ارجو المساعدة بحذف حسابي لديهم نهائيا

With Rohan, from NaukriGulf pressue i take Resume spot light service by paying 4800, till date no response from naukrigulf. It's fake service and i insist everyone that be careful with this type of things in future.

My name is arun v nair. Iam civil engineer from kerala. Iam looking for civil engineer job. Then i paid 4000 indian money for resume spotlight in naukrigulf from their advertising page naukrigulf gulf.com. They trying to call for payment for several time and after payment i asked my concern about how i can see my resume spotlighted in their site. But last one week no any reply from naukrigulf team. They are cheating me. I believe in indian constitution law. So please give me back my money back. No one cheated like this.

Naukrigulf is totally ineffective an useless service forced by naukri gulf sales team and till date i have not recieved a single satifactory response.Infact even after one month of subscription i received a monthly report (As repeatedly echoed by naukri) with very discouraging results and even the content was very amateurish and seemed like a work of someone much junior. The report only mentions about jobs applied directly on naukri gulf and there is no information about other affiliated job portals. It looked as if the naukri team has themselves downloaded/viewed the profile and prepared a self assessment report. Also during the preliminary discussions with mr. Adil (Mohd adil) there was no mention that i would have to repeatedly upload my profile and create an account with naukri affiliated job portals like gotogulf, charteruse me, eos recruitment and gn careers. This whole activity would often take a lot of time and is very tedious and i had to squeeze out time from my business hours for such unproductive job, further one doesn't have any idea whether these alternate profiles are actually being displayed under 'resume spotlight' in naukri gulf as you are not at all transparent in giving adequate feedback.

Overall it appears that naukri gulf themselves do not have any control on activities in these alternate job sites and hence unable to apprise their clients about the job status. Although the charges paid by me should include details about all the jobs applied through naukri gulf and associated portals.

This was also admitted by ms. Babbanjeet that naukri management is aware of this issue as many other clients have raised this in the past but to my surprise there is no action being taken to make it more prudent and successful. This clearly shows that there is a discontent and miscommunication within naukri management itself and because of this our chances are getting impacted.

While other job portals (Non-naukri) are transparent in sharing recruiters feedback/no of cv views/action performed and furnish far more information, unfortunately naukri gulf doesn't even provide basic recruiter information like company name/email/board number, one can only say that it further puts a serious doubt about naukri gulf intentions in genuinely helping active job seekers like me.

Also the naukri recruiter connection option is meant for local recruiter/company contacts (India) and one cannot reach out to gulf employees/recruiters and exchange information. This contradicts naukri's claim that they help in bringing the recruiters close to candidates thereby bridging the gap. May i know then what is real use of such service and who eventually is the beneficiary of this service??

Sincere appeal to all job seekers to refrain from subscribing to naukri fast forward service and all other naukri paid services.
