2 days back i registered to Naukri.Com for job search and started getting calls from Naukri Teams along will genuine mail .
Yesterday, i got a call asking about my interest in paid services and i agreed as i was planning to avail them but these guys called and spoke on behalf and i did a payment of 6500 .. later when i called Naukri they said it is fraud ..

I submitted my resume on naukri.com & then within an hour call of mr. Kunal & said he speaking from naukri.com & i am ling with your resume. After they said your registration was not completed & after complete of my registration they said to fill amount of rs 4500 with gst 810. Then he send a confirmed mail on my gmail is that your payment at hydrolic enterprises has been confirmed. Within an hour mr. Kunal called & said he is executive manager & for again you have to pay rs 10500 to get job confirmation registration id. I refused to submit these amount & they start arguing first pay amount otherwise i hold your resume and cut call.
This is a complete fraud. I submit mobile no. Of 3 person who called me

I received a call from Kunar from naukri.com who told me to pay 4130 as Registration fees. I have paid 4130 as they claimed to be from naukri.com and promised me to provide me an interview which didn't happen. Actually they are fraud people. Please take action and provide me with a refund.

I already registered for job on naukri.com app and one day i got a call on 21.06.2020 at 11:15 am (Morning). The caller introduced himself as ritesh rawat-executive-mobile number.[protected] while calling from naukri.com stating that my profile has been shortlisted & upgrade my naukri profile so that they can provide me call from the top mnc /company and interview questions as well. Would it be okay to give them many? To avail naukri services for the job one first needs to purchase a "registration fee" of rs.[protected] basic + 900 gst) to get opportunity in india and overseas as per my option and further he told that registration will be valid and will also get job for 5 years.
After this discussion “ritesh rawat” transferred call to “kunal sharma” he introduced himself as assistance manager - hr department of noukri.com-m. No.[protected] they both guided me to go to web site www.naukrihrs.com to pay but i asked him why web site “noukri hrs.com” / “hrs” & he replied, payment services will be done with this ‘hrs’ extension only that is way extension must & convinced me!!!
I have paid of rs.5900/- as shown amount on website www.naukrihrs.com where they sent me a link which was opening to a payment gateway demanding and as displacing of rs.[protected] basic+900 gst) as per given instructed by ritesh rawat for registration payment. After registration payment and within minutes then again i got another a call from ritesh rawat-m. No. [protected] again another will be to pay “employment & documents verification fees” of rs.5000/- then i told them to you do wait as i need to think.
Then same paid amount of rs. 5900/- confirmation mail received from [protected]@starpayindia.com (As attached, unfortunately this was not observed by me if not might not go for further payment because payment not shown to same naukri.com).
So will continue after 5 minutes, then i have a doubt on them. Then i called to my friend-himanshu for the suggestion as he is also working in naukri.com and then i told him the full matter /details explained and he tells me that official naukri.com do not take money for the registration & alls and he tells me that they both persons are totally fraud & fake and the site has been created in the same which is very much identified to that of “naukri.com” which is renowned site..
Then i called ritesh rawat and kunal sharma, they answered my phone after several attempts and i took himanshu to the conference call. Himanshu asked to him 2-3 questions about company, which the ritesh rawat could not answer. So my friend himanshu understood that he is fake and fraudulent and told me that he is fake and robbing you.
I doubted and refused to pay another amount of rs.5000 / - and asked ritesh rawat & kunal sharma for a refund of rs.5, 900 / - and a complaint and refund request for our payment amount, but they responded not given and switch off the phones. I then mailed to [protected]@starpayindia.com and [protected]@naukrihrs.com, but did not receive a refund nor received any response. I have given a total payment of rs.5900 / - to fraudsters - naukrihrs.com, ritesh rawat, kunal sharma, [protected]@starpayindia.com & [protected]@naukrihrs.com.
Till date 25/06/2020- ritesh rawat-m. No. [protected] and kunal sharma-m. No.[protected] are switched off. I need your help to recover our payment amount of rs. 5900 / - from naukrihrs.com, ritesh rawat, kunal sharma, [protected]@starpayindia.com & [protected]@naukrihrs.com and stop others from robbing them.
Learn the process and i saved money for this time. These companies and individuals are a total fraud and indulge in a lot of forgery of taking money from me and others people.
I request you to take immediate action against them on fraud and recover our amount of rs.5900 / - from fraudsters - naukrihrs.com, ritesh rawat, kunal sharma, [protected]@starpayindia.com and [protected]@naukhhrs.com.

I have registered on www.naukri.com on 18-04-20 at 22:30 & have received a call next day morning by 11:15, caller introduced himself ashish dubay - executive calling from naukri & told me that to avail the naukri services first need to make pay "registration fee" to get opportunity india & overseas per my option & further he told that, this registration will valid/utilize for 5 years even get job.

After this discussion, "ashish" transferred call to "kunal sharma" introduced himself asst. Manager, he guided me to go to website www.naukrihrs.com to pay but i asked him why "hrs" & he replied, payment services will be done with this 'hrs' extension only that is way extension must & convinced me!!!.
I have paid as shown amount on site as displayed 5, 900.00 rs including gst & after registration payment, same payment confirmation mail was received from [protected]@cashfreemail.com (As attached, unfortunately this was not observed by me if not might not go for further payment because payment to some hydrolic enterprises not naukri) and within minutes i got another call again to pay "employment verification fee" (Refundable with first salary) then i told them to wait as i need to thing, "kunal sharma" told call was recording their side so, will continue after 5 min., then on doubt called my friend for suggestion as they also asking 17, 169 including gst being big amount. Then my friend told me that he also got the job through naukri, so go ahead for payment (Unfortunately he thought that naukri not naukrihrs!!! After payment discussion with my friend). After 5 min "kunal sharma" called me & paid.

This 2nd payment receipt did not receive to my mail because in 1st payment there is option-1 taken (Non-refundable) & during 2nd payment procedure, kunal told being refundable should click on option-2 (There are 3 option). After payment, he told will call next day[protected] to get require document to setup my resume & covering letter etc., proceedings! They have provided registration number: cpref101235ib0071.

On 20th up to 10:30 no call received & no response for both telephones then called to naukri toll free number then came to know, i was trapped!!!

Immediately as per naukrihrs rules & regulations in webpage, service can be cancelled within 24 hours to get refund the money. So, timely sent cancellation service mail on [protected]@naukrihrs.com.

Upon continuous trail able to connect to ashish dubay & kunal sharma & i have informed regarding cancellation & he confirm that they will refund (Without gst) the money with in 15 day. Also a call will come from their office to know the reason for cancellation with in 7 days & then need to inform that i have got job on my own trails, so services going to cancel. Kunal sharma also informed me to forward cancellation mail to his mail address [protected]@outlook.com (This id also seems to be fraud account) & he confined that he had received on 20th april-20.

After above date still now no call came from them to know the reason for cancellation & some times even lifting the cell not ready to give any official mail or message else due to working from home not able to official mails (Then who they collecting online payments??!!)... They are telling after 18-05-19 only can respond officially!!

I have also communicated concern bank for recipient details & cancelled debit card for safety from which payment done! Also mailed to "cashfree" from which payment done to hydrolic enterprises... On given mail id [protected]@cashfree.com but their response was not enough help to find them, may be compliant forum can help.

Pl. Help me in this regards & communicate this message to save other from this trap. I have attaching some photos & also available audio conversations.

I refused to submit these amount & they start arguing first pay amount otherwise i hold your resume and cut call.
