I have a fixed deposit with th above company. My FDRNo. 2185 Dated 27.01.2011. But I have not received the maturity amount and the 50K cheque given to me at the time of invsting also remains uncashed. The Company cannot be reached eitheee by mail or phone. Please help in getting back my money.

I am holding fd in your company by the following details. Name vyankatesh sharad sane, fdr no 10463 amount rs. 30000 date of fd 19th nov 2012 period of fd 36 months just before the expiry of the fd’s after a year, i received intimation form the company side not to encash the cheques as there was some difficulties in the company it is about 1 month since than, and still there is no intimation from the company about the fd. This is to request you to let me know the status of the fd. I would like to encash the same. Please send the refund and interest cheques accordingly. Thanking you. Am a retired school teacher and I have no income.My husband superannuated from service is not keeping well after surgery for subdural hemorrhage in June 2016. Invested Rs.2, 00, 000/- in Neesa Leisure on 20/06/13 with maturity date 19/12/13 which was reinvested by company on their own for further six months vide FDR no NLL/16009 with maturity date 19/06/14. written several letters to Neesa Leisure Limited, Regd office.Plot No X 22, 23, 24, GIDC Electronic estate, Sector 25, Gandhinagar 382044 but no communication received from them.
I sent registered letter to therm on 14/06/19 and the same was returned without delivering. I don't know what will happen to my hard earned money. I look forward for help .

I had deposited rs1.25 lac with nessa leisure ltd vide fdr no 7694 dtd 29/06/2012. for the refund of the same the company had issued me the cheque number 126465 of hdfc bank, paldi vasna road, ahmedabad. the cheque was returned to me by my bank with the comment "account closed". i have waited all this while for the company to act on this as i was trusting the content of a request letter from the company dated 05/04/2014 in this regard. it has been over two years but i have neither received the payment (another cheque) or any communication from your company in this regard.

I am having a neesa leisure FDR No.NLL/12663 which is maturity date is 21/03/2013, but the company not give any payment on this date but also extended it for six month, but till date we not received any information regarding my payment, when I call his FD relative query department as given in his web side I am get very rough response, that person say that I am not belongs from Neesa, when I am say that I got you no from your web side where clearly mention that call on this no for FD relative query he denary that or regularly say that I am not from Neesa .
