Hi,
I am an Dealer of Kansai Nerolac Paints the people working in it has many schemes for purchasing different products and delivered nothing.
Instead of delivering the benefits out of the scheme Nerolac has delivered damaged and expired product. And now when I am asking them to return the damage and expired product they only say that the process will be completed in this month only and like this 1 year 7 months have already...

I purchased Nerolac Beauty Gold 18lts(color code : 4247) along with strainer from Behera trading company, Chandra shekharpur, Bhubaneswar on 30th October 2020 with amount 10000rs on Phone pay.

The color of the house completely changed within one year. I have attached painting time photo along with current house photo along with video. Both Nerolac Dealer and company Manager along with Supervisor visited...

I GOT TH EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR WALLS OF MY HOUSE PAINTED BY NEROLAC SURAKSHA PAINT IN NOV 2009 THROUGH THE AUTHORISEDDEALER, NEERAJ PAINT HOUSE, BAIRANHA, ALLAHABAD WHO PROVIDED THE PAINTER. TO MY UTTER SURPRISE THE PAINT STARTED PEELING OFF AND ERODING WITHIN 3 TO 4 MONTHS CONTRARY TO THE CLAIMS OF NEROLAC DEALER. I booked a painting services for my house and it was assured everything will be packed and painting will be done in clean way .

The cordinator Mr Rashmi and Anil Ji using teared plastic, photos attached, even complaining about this they didnt attended the site on time . When i called them they told they have other customer to visit and close the deal.

Photos attached for reference. If the issue not resolved today i will be calling police and make sure they will be arrested, as they bring new person into my house and the same is from not nerolac team .
