Today invisted mabelline counter at v3s mall and asked for fit me foundation. Sales girl applied tester but rrefused show me the shade number. Sothat i could not buy dis online.
She hid foundation shade no. Dis is ridicules. The job of the staff is to provide us all the i formation of the product. But they were hiding there product information. As a customer i hv right to get oll information abt there product and there job is show me testers but its my choice i buy it or not
Pls take some action against this company and thier staff.

I have received a fake product from a store in vijayawada at pvp mall. I have no response from the manager after raising a complaint. They have sold me china product from maybelline fit me range. I have trying to call them but of no use. I asked them to replace it with the original product, shockingly they don’t have original product with them and refused to accept.

I am a regular customer at newu shop in sapphire mall, sector 49, gurgaon.
This is the first time i have faced such an issue with your product and your manager at the shop.
Your sales girl advertised a maybelline lipstick of around rs 650 to me, the exact words she said were "mam you are so fair, you go in for this colour, this colour will definitely suit you", without even trying the lipstick, i went ahead and purchased it. Now when i went back home and opened it, i did not liked the colour at all... And hence did not even used it once.

Now when yesterday, i came to your newu sapphire store to return this product, your manager said a straight "no" to exchange the product as he said that the seal was open.
Infact he defended the sales girl who had sold me the lipstick without even trying it. He also checked the cctv for that day to prove me wrong that i was lying and that i had tested the product before buying it.

But the fact is that i asked your sales girl to show me some nude lipsticks, she showed me a few testers but finally recommended me this lipstick that this will definitely suit on your face, go for it.

Your manager misbehaved with me and refused to initiate the exchange.
This is just not acceptable to me. Am i fraud?? Will i do this for just rs. 650??

I am a regular customer at your shop and always do shopping of 3-4k, yesterday also i shopped for 3700 rs.. Still i am facing such embarassment.

Looking at this behaviour of your with your customers, i feel you should shutdown your shop and chuck out such staff and managers coz its not going to work like this for too long.

You really need to learn to respect and trust your customers inorder to retain your customers and be in this business.

As far as i am concerned, after this episode, i am not going to come to your shop, neither i am going to recommend this shop to anyone.

Yesterday i visited v3s mall delhi to buy perfume with estimated range o[censored]pto 3000. Staff explaining me was laughing at me and this was quite noticing and embarrassing... Seeing him staff standing nearby also started to laugh at me as if was there to beg for the product. I did not buy the product seeing their unprofessional behavior and also asked the staff if was the subject for laugh... I strongly see through the action u take against him otherwise i would claim for my reputation i lost at ur chain... How unprofessional.

I visited newu store in old airport road, kempfort mall. I bought 1lakme iconic kajal which was charged inr210. Which belonged to the old lot. The executives there didn't provide the right information that same product was available at inr180 which belonged to the new lot in place of that shown me product from old lot. After billing when asked what is the difference between 2, said both are same. When asked then they did not inform, just smiled without giving any solution. I ended up paying Rs.30 more. Main concern is not the amount but the horrible service and irresponsible behaviour. Will never recommend people to visit Newu store in old airport road, kempfort mall. This is a kind of cheating your customer. Bill invoice number:- [protected].

I have ordered 9 products from this newu.In site but received only 6. I complained them about the 3 missing products 10 days ago but didn't receive any help from them in this issue.
I have send them the snapshots as well as the invoice details.
They are not replying to my mail and calls.
Please help me to get my prioducts /refund back.
They are not at all listening to my issues.
