I booked an apartment in Marvel, Niho Scottish Garden, Indirapuram (UP) in April 2008. At the time of booking, I was told that the apartment will be ready for possession by August 2009. The formal agreement, which we signed, mentions that the apartment will be ready for possession by October 2009. Based on that I paid 95% of the apartment cost in advance. For that I also took home loan from Bank for which I am paying very high interest...
