False promise
I bought a flat more than 4 years ago in Niho Scottish Gardens, Indirapuram. Till today there is no sign of promises to be fulfilled by developer - Club, Park, lift, etc. Even the basic possession of flats is not yet done. The registration of flats is in legal tangle.

Delay in registration
It has been 2 yesrs since I took possession. No body in the Apratmetn office has any hint of
registration. the People are only making us fool by telling us that it will happen in the next week.

Pathetic Construction Quality
I bought these two apartments E001 and E004 last year on the basis of a glossy brochure and lofty promises. What they have delivered is a substandard apartment with poor construction, . Seepage is on every wall. Plaster falling, blocked toilets, non functional electrical fittings. A look at the state of the flat is sickining with all distemper falling because of dampness.
