Nims University Jaipur Complaints & Reviews

I'm writing this complaint as this a very sensitive and major issue facing all the students in nims university jaipur, Rajasthan.
I have taken admission in Aug 2022 in msc food technology in nims university. A counselor named karan and nitesh gave me guarantee about my admission and also if I want to cancel my admission later on. That counselor karan takes 5000 rs as fees payment for reserving my seat.. After 2 months a lady named jasmeet called me from nims and said that I have to pay 8500 more to reserve my seat otherwise the university will cancel my admission... She forced me alot to pay that 8500 at any cost to reserve my seat.. Because of this pressure I have paid that amount but that was the biggest mistake of my life. After that I dropped the idea of taking admission in nims and I contacted many admission counselors for returning my fees.. I started approaching many counselors for my fees refund but they just gave me a excuse of they are making a list of students who have canceled their admissions and I'll receive a mail for my fees refund soon.. I have contacted on nims helpline numbers and I have sent a mail many times to one of the mail I'd their counselors have given to me... I have waited 4-5 months and made continuous calls but none of them had given me any response or any of the actions have been taken..
I have seen loads of complaints regarding this fraud of nims university jaipur with the students..
This is a very serious and major issue facing by almost students who took admission in nims university jaipur..
This university is totally fraud and running a scam with the students and their money.. They just took money in the name of admission and never return them.. Most of the student's money have been stucked in this fraud and cheater university..
This is a very very serious issue facing by many students.
I request you humbly to take some strict action against this fraud and cheater university nims university jaipur and help students to get their money back..

Give me my refund amount

I applied to this university called the NIMS university of jaipur. the counsellors from the university constantly called for blocking and reserving the seat in the university and once it was done they hardly responded to any other queries, because of certain reasons i had to cancel my admission and since july something I have been contacting them to give my refund that is 5000 for the reservation back, but they are not providing any plausible response to any of my calls and texts, all they have asked me to do is write a mail on the email id anirudh.[protected]@nimsuniversity.org from which i have not received a single reply please help me get my money back. the phone number from where i contacted them was [protected]. its been almost 4 months now. please help me.

Councellors from the university admission cell continuously call and messaged in WhatsApp to pay 5000 for reserving the seats.
