I have bought a flat at Nitesh Hyde Park Bangalore in Jan 2011. Initially the handover date was December 2012. Even till today Jan 2015, I have not got my home as per the latest communication the next handover date is July 2015. They have changed dates at least 20 times.

Forest Hills .. huge delay

I bought a Flat in Nitest Forest Hills (whitefield).
I booked this flat in December 2009. So if I include even 6 months grace period the project should have been completed by July 2012.
Now we are at April 2013 , and looking at the progress of the project, I am sure they can not handover the flat even by end of this year.
