Hailing from Raypur, Chhattisgarh, MP, N Gulab Chandra has managed to deceive numerous artists by enticing them with false promises and extracting money from them under the guise of artist card or agreement fees.

Nitesh Shrivas is a Fake Film Director who has cheated many artists by taking money from them in a casting scam involving artist card or agreement fees.
