Just a word of caution to folks who want to deal with Nivedha and the director sarathy.absolutely unprofessional, rude and arrogant. not trustworthy..not customer centric..shady in their deals.....desperate to get rid of their ridiculous properties...just check out their properties that are lying unfinished for more than a couple of years..blames the architect and everybody except themselves..build...
