Delay in getting refilled cylinder as Aadhar is linked

I am a consumer of Indane gas. My distributor, Nobel Indane, Bhubaneswar, is delaying me to provide refilled cylinder as my Aadhar is linked with my gas connection. Few months back they demanded to link Aadhar card with gas connection. I have linked my Aadhar with Gas connection and bank account to get subsidized cylinder.
Now according to the distributor, consumer having aadhar card linked with their gas connection will get refilled cylinder...

Indane Gas Bhubaneswar (Indian Oil) sucks money without any service (Noble Indane)
This is to bring to your notice the unethical behaviour of the distributor (Noble Indane) at Bhubaneswar. First of all, for the connection, they dont give out any advertisement or notification - they hoard the gas cyclinders and stop the new registrations and wait till the time the gas prices are revised. I have waited over 8 months to get a gas connection....
