Payment Update and Receipt issue Noida JAL Board
DEAR SIR,
I had made online payment on 25th April 2021 at 11:42 for rupees 3780/- against Challan No. :1-925620. but Payment has been deducted from my HDFC Bank Credit card but it is not reflecting on your portal / website.
My Details are: CONSUMER No. 13510080, CONSUMER Name SHIVAM ARYA, ADDRESS: HD 216 Sec-135 Noida.
Please update the same and send receipt asap.

Since last 4-5 days, the water being supplied at homes in sector 12 is extremely dirty and contains dirty soil. This may cause many kinds of diseases. Moreover the pressure of water supplied is quite low, causing shortage of water for regular use. This is not happening for the first time. It happens after every 3-4 months that water supply is low and dirty for almost 2-3 weeks. Also when tried to send mail, their mail address is not working....
