An e-challan notice No 66647783 dt 02.08.2024 issued by your good office has been received through sms against my Mobile no. 90XXXXXX77 for offence ‘without helmet’ riding on Motor Cycle/Scooter vehicle no. DL3SEW863 on date 29.02.2024 at 09:47:00 location:Noida | Electronic Metro | ARM00254 | Lane 2 | 29.02.2024 alongwith 02 photograph of violation.

While going through e-challan notice 66647783 dated 02.08.2024 it is observed that the vehicle shown in 02 photographs is actually Motor Cycle bearing registration no DL3SEW8863
And NOT DL3SEW863

So it is quite clear that instead of issuing e-challan for DL3SEW8863 (which is not registered under my mobile no. 90XXXXXX77) your good office has issued e-challan for DL3SEW863 . (Vehicle no. 8863 has been mistaken as 863)

In view of above, you are requested to kindly recheck and cancel e-challan 66647783 dated 02.08.2024 issued against my vehicle Activa DL3SEW863 as I was not involved in any offence ‘without helmet’ driving and never present at on date 29.02.2024 at 09:47:00 location:Noida | Electronic Metro | ARM00254 | Lane 2 | 29.02.2024

My name is shubham malik and my bike no is hr40g8774 and i was going to my residence area in evening of 9th july from my office with my colleague named mukul...someone of your traffic police nearby sec 59 mamura u turn ask me to stop bike while i m truning ...my mistake is just that i don't have helmet that time i was stopped my bike in mid of road before i take it to side traffic police officer taken key from my bike when i said that you r doing wrong suddenly he got aggressive and said do whatever you want i will make your high value chaalan etc. and ask me to show documents i show him my DL etc documents and he said me that he will bound my bike or suspend my DL in front of my colleague . My colleague request him to make vaild challan but he didn't respond and after some time he gave me my key and ask me to go and he has done chalan and didn't confirm any details after 2 hrs i got a msg from e chaalan that 1000 rs challan has been done i accept that because i was riding my bike without helmet. No issue its my mistake ...Now when i tried to pay online my chaalan there was showing multiple challan on the same day 1st for helmet and 2nd for helmet & faulty number plate which is not fair kindly check my bike record and check my no plate its faulty or not and why multiple challan for helmet so its a humble request kindly check and update and resolve this issue otherwise i will not any challan...

Sir, I was driving my car and passing by Noida Sector 70-71. Suddenly from back a car driven by an unknown lady hit me. The car registration number is DL8CT4418. My damage is around Rs 10000 and lady said she wont be paying anything. Please file a complaint.

Dear Sir, I am a resident of Noida and have driving car since almost 20 years now. Today I have received above message from VAAHAN regarding a challan imposed on me. I have never been issued a challan during my driving experience since ever. This challan has been forcefully imposed on me without giving any rationale. Noida traffic police has randomly blocked a ongoing route at Sector 18 market, without any hoarding or proper demarcation for no entry. When I stopped and asked which way to go, instead of giving information they have issued challan. You may ask the Officer on duty for proof for wrong driving at my end you will realize that I was just confused due to improper information about the route which as per Google Maps was absolutely correct way. They should have either made it very clear and blocked the way to entry or given update on GMAPs to ensure citizens should follow the correct way. Without any prior information it is anyways creating hassle for citizens and increases cost of travel and post that such challan is absolutely a harassment by the traffic Police department. Instead of giving proper instructions they are just trying to complete their challan targets. In no sense that way should be treated as a no entry because there is only 2 way either go through the underpass or from the ramp, but no such information was given on the way, my simple question is why is these rules becoming harrashment for the poor citizens. I am also sending a mail to COP and CM Office for their evaluation and advise.

I want to request you to send some traffic police personal to come and see situation of traffic in front of Step by step school at the time of 2-2:30 pm. Half of the road was usually blocked by putting barricades. School guards were stand on the road and don’t allowed to pass normal traffic for 15-20 minutes till all 10-15 buses of school were passed. I think this is a wrong way of managing schools buses. Buses can be passed in between normal traffic as well without blocking road and normal traffic. When I requested their security head, they reply rudely that, buses always pass like that only, and they don’t have curtesy to apologise as well. Service road in front of school has also occupied by school parking as well. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

On 31st march 2022, I recieved a E-Challan from Traffic Police Noida for driving a scooty without helmet. But there are two main reasons which proves that this e-challan is wrongly assigned to my vehicle.

1 - On 31st March 2022, I was not present in Noida with my vehicle. Infact for last three months I have been living in my home town Kosi kalan (Mathura) and my vehicle is also with me

2 - Photo shown in the Challan is of a scooty while I have a motorcycle ( Yamaha MT-15 ). Wrong vehicle photo proves that camera has identified wrong number plate.

I request to the concerned authorities that please cancel the challan issued at my name.

I sent my courier through AST logistics enterprise in noida sector 142 through fedex but more than 2 months he has my package and accepting to returning me back .

I have never been to this place and in Challan, after zooming I found that there is a wrong image showing in the challan (black activa scooty). I have a Royal Enfield Thunderbird motorcycle.

Also, I am unable to raise a complaint through your official website http://trafficpolicenoida.in/. This website is not working.

It was removed, but i can see online again.

As today a challan has been penalised on me in against of wrong side and the amount to be detected should be 500 as per government norms.
Inspite of that also traffic police person has penalised me 2000 rupee and told me that he has penalised a challan of 500.
Why this this are happening in Noida.

This is about our wrong challan whoch have been issued yesterday night. This challan is belong from the month of february dated 23/02/2020. This challan is received by me on 6/05/2020 and it is also updated on website o[censored]p on same day 06/05/2020. Which is highly wrong, he has to inform on that day only but now the condition is we all are suffering from covid 19 today.

I was at traffic light coming from sector 137 metro. While turning right on green light a white vehicle regn no. Up 16cj 8033 coming from advante side jumped res light and came speeding towards my vehicle. But since there were other vehicles also turning right i didn't have room to manoeuvre away from this vehicle because of which he had to slow down. But to my surprise, this vehicle overtook me and started manoeuvring dangerously ahead and around my vehicle. I slowed down to avoid this guy but he didn't stop. When i stopped he also stopped so i came close to him rolled down glass to ask what he was doing, but started hurling abuses so i avoided this guy since i was with my family. This guys kept on driving dangerously intermittently till we reached noida expressway after that he speed away. I reported the matter on 100 and by the time i got a call back this guy had moved towards mayur vihar side and i had turned towards dnd.
Strong action requested to atop this type of road rage, after jumping ref light.

Noida police issued a fake challan for seat belt and the photo of my vehicle they provided is not clear and doesn't show seat belt, it is just showing the number plate of my vehicle.

My vehicle is equipped with a high volume alarm which turns up when the driver isn't wearing a seat belt. And there is speed limiter which doesn't let you go beyond 20kmph.

The description on the challan is also wrong it says "either driver or passenger not wearing a seat belt" my question to them is

-if the vehicle was so slow in speed (They clicked photo) why they did not try to stop me then and there.
- why does the description say either passenger or driver? A person who clicked photo was not able to see that or what?
- why the photo clicked in such a way that it is only showing the vehicle's number plate and not the complete

I am very disappointed with this.. Please do something.
