Noida Traffic Police Complaints & Reviews

Today, I got the sms for e-challan for my car which were parked in parking area slot whose parking slip I have. I regularly park my car in parking space of Sector 110 market noida as I have clinic in the market. The car was parked within the parking area slot but I got the e-challan mentioning 'Parking the vehicle dangerously on any public place'.
Is it illegal to park car in the parking slot where many cars were parked?
The picture taken by the traffic police is inappropriate to their claims as the picture clearly shows tree under whose car was parked in the parking slot. The time shows 12.12pm when sun is on head and image of tree can be seen on the windshield of the car.
Request you to please help to withdrawal of e-challan.

2 e - challans were issued by noida police on yamuna express way in nov 2018. I was not informed through sms or else.

I have checked it on m-parivahan app. There is no mention of the violation i have commited. I would like to know the reason with proof before payment.

I also would like to know the online provisions to pay the challans.

I have checked the receipt of both the challans on app and there is not mention of any traffic violation rule.

This is in reference to challan notice no: UP[protected] which has been issued on 27/08/2019 while i was travelling from indirapuram to sector-50, noida with my friend who was driving at the time of challan being issued.

My issue with this challan is that it is a false challan because the photo has been captured by a police man from side view in which the offence can't be seen or proved whether the driver or the passenger is wearing the seat belt or not.

If it was a photo taken by the traffic cameras, then it wasn't a problem for me to pay the challan.

Also, i am myself into tour & travels business so i know the rules and i am a law abiding citizen.
Whether i am driving myself or i am sitting on the passenger seat, i always obey traffic rules.

Hence, i request the concerned authorities to look into the matter as soon as possible and also either justify the challan or withdraw it.

I received 3 wrong challan, vehicle showing in challan are different even in one challan it is bike not car. Reason for the challan is not mentioned even the place which is showing is not in my route and timings are early in the morning between 4 and 5.

I would request please solve this.

Please help me on this regard. It vreated a mess in here and we all are very much fed up with this.

The issue is rea5ed to the guys qho always chose to come from no entry and thwy have crwated a mess on sec 62 nd 63.
Tbey almost killed me few days back and this issue is we are facing on evwryday basis.

if you are really converned about the discipline then please help us.

My bike name is ct 100es but in image of challan the bike was seen hero splender which is different bike.

Dear concerned authority,

This is to bring to your concern that a
complaint has not been taken to notice and it has been 6 months since it was placed.

Accident are prone to occur because of such carelessness. Even the numbers given under the traffic signal for complaints aren't working. I have attached a copy of the previous complaint done by somebody and the numbers provided under the traffic signal.
I'm hoping for an action to be taken at the earliest possible or atleast to be taken into consideration.

Due to not being any traffic person at sai mandir at krishna nagar, abhay khand, indirapuram, there are massive jam daily specially at morning time 9 to 9:30.
No body obey the traffic rules at noida, because of not being the fear to challan.
Like at labour chouk, bishanpur to nh 24 people is worse than animals.
Traffic persons must teach them to drive the vehicle and even to walk. If not obey then punish them

I would like to bring to your kind notice that one of the major traffic light at sector-22, 12, 11 junction known as chora chowk has been not working since last week (Approx 26 jan 2018 till now).

Similarly traffic light at junction of sector-22, 24 near water treatment plant has not been working since last 10 days (Approx 23rd jan 2018 till now).

It would be great if we find some permanent solution for these bad traffic lights. They should at least work properly for 3 months. Currently they fail in very frequent rate at least once in a month.

I request you to look into the concern and expedite the proper working of signals

Please ensure Noida traffic signals work all the time. In this age and city like Noida this is annoying that traffic signals do not work even in signals where there is huge traffic. Example Sec 12 Metro hospital and Sec 62 Labour chowk. This causes huge traffic jams and anger in public resulting in road rage. Mind you the mentioned signals and many others have not worked for years. Who is responsible and accountable for keeping Noida's traffic signals working? Please communicate them to work for public deligently.

Everyday, during peak (office) hours traffic movement at the junction toward Sethi Max/Mahagun Moderne/Hyde Park in Sector-78, Noida is extremely slow. This is due the unruly traffic coming from Barola Village towards Sector-78. It is not only small vehicles, even trucks/buses and other heavy vehicles take the wrong turn and cause heave traffic jam at the intersection to Sector-78 and it often takes 15 minutes to cross the point. This is high risk as several school buses carrying students also take the short/wrong route. This problem is aggravated by the narrow road caused by metro construction.

It is requested that corrective measures and post permanent police pickets to challan willful defaulters of traffic rules.

I want to complaint to Noida traffic police traffic issue near my location but when I visited to NOIDA traffic police website and try to register complaints on website page, I found that page is not working.

By profession I am a Software Engineer and investigate this page and found that this complaints page is dummy page which will never will work as there were no implementation of such functionality. Noida police is making fool to common people, then how common people help to people.

Please register this complaint and take appropriate action.
