This builder owner Mr Nishad KP has sold our flat two years back and has not given us the repayment yet. Every time we call them they say we will back not and still have not paid us a single rupee....

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I have booked a flat in Nucleus Premium Properties's Eleganza project in April 2014 . The project was meant to be completed in 15 months, to maximum extended, by the end of 2015. Now, after a period of 20 months delay, the situation seems to be not different ! When we approached the builder to know the status, we were told in a threatening tone that there is no use of giving a complaint as they are bound to complete the project in 2018 only...
