I purchased Neutech solar in December 2018, the product was working fine for 1 year, then problem starting after 1 year leakage issues in vent tank. In 2020 raised compliant on this issue & they replaced ball valve on additional charge. Again leak issue starting within 4 months & complete Air vent start started rusting & damaging adjacent component of the solar. Neutech solar representative made a fix & fix the issue.
