I purchased Neutech solar in December 2018, the product was working fine for 1 year, then problem starting after 1 year leakage issues in vent tank. In 2020 raised compliant on this issue & they replaced ball valve on additional charge. Again leak issue starting within 4 months & complete Air vent start started rusting & damaging adjacent component of the solar. Neutech solar representative made a fix & fix the issue. The issue does not stop . its been 4 years still im facing the same problem even after multiple fixes. Each visit i have paid Rs 1500 - Rs 2000 for the technician. This is Very poor quality product & mechanism. customer care people said they cant support as this is not included in warranty. They said complete AIr vent tank needs to be replaced with additional cost...I doubt this replacement fixes my issue. Since its defective product, i want new solar to be installed or let company fixes issue free of cost so that i wont face issue again atleast for another 3 - 5 years
