Regarding the above ref bill I have purchased a NUMERIC UPS on passed[protected]. At the time of purchase the standby capacity is upto 20 mins but now on today's date it has reduced to less than 1min. So that I am requesting you to take necessary action to replace this repaired UPS with a new UPS.

I bought numeric degital 600 EX -V, it was not working till now. I have warrenty, i called to my own district vellore service provider and i register my problem.. but they given irresponsible reply till today.. i want immediate sollution from that side.. i have stress for this particular problem.. as a numeric customer, i feel disappointment ... please take immediate action.. my own district service center vellore....

my ups has 3years warranty i bought it 2years back..now the ups is not at all giving backup power for my computer.. as soon as the power goes off, the ups is turning off.. due to this data is lost. It is a big problem for me...help me my phone number:[protected] please send a representative so that he could solve the battery problem as i have warranty for the ups.....
