I oder my baby food, medolac baby food cereals 4 pkt and I also paid online payment but no any response when come my oder delivery please solve my order

I have ordered 5 lb +2lb ... But I have only received 5 lb in the box... I have ordered 5lb +2 lb protein whey... I received that order.. however my mom has received that order. And in the box I only got 5lb .. and the box was opened. I think this is not a good customer service. so kindly return my money back. bcz i ll not use that open bottle of 5 lb and even i didn't received 2 lbs on that order.

I have ordered 12 packets of protein from Nutrimed (In 2 orders : TKMQX37097 || JHFUX80036).
But i received total 7 packets.
I instantly called their customer care executive and they told me to write a mail and i did it.
Later on i keep on following it with them and they keep on telling that its courier problem or write a mail.
And when it got cleared from the courier company that they have delivered two parcels and that the problem is from Nutrimed team that they have packed less items in the parcel, Nutrimed team start saying that they cant make the mistake.
I think they are God.
Even on the courier slip the weight of the packet was not mentioned.
I asked them the proof and they told that they cant make mistake.

Its been more than a month i am fighting with them.
I even asked the customer care executive for connecting me to their senior, but they refused.

I have no way to connect to any other person other than their customer care executive. He is so rude that he never listen to the problem and keep on blaming me.

If they have packed the right quantity then they must be having the proof bcz they keep on saying that every parcel get weighed before leaving their facility but they are not ready to share the proof also.

I want them to deliver my remaining quantity
