Salary not paid

With great disappointment I write this email for not receiving my October month's full salary, my offered package is 6.5 lakhs and for 20 days payout how much salary should I receive, do that calculation. I find close to 7 to 8 thousand rupees missing from my salary.
The so called coordinator appointed by you turns out to be an unprofessional person which no responsibility towards his assigned job, he cuts the calls and does not replies to the emails from his contractors and a very unprofessional way of talking over the phone, which i find common with all the contractors, I don't mind receiving my calls or answering emails but the least what I expect is the prompt salaries for middle class lot of this country like me and other contractors in your payroll.
I also found a complaint in the consumer cell against your company previously, I am also sharing this email to your CEO Mr Shawn Karande and sharing it to the labour ministry of India, so that the world knows nobody messes with the salaries of the poor working class of this country.

I'm a software consultant, being in IT for around 8 years and almost working for 5 years in dataware housing. Recently I joined HP on a (contract to hire position) thru Objectwin technology India pvt ltd, Bangalore by believing the words and agreement signed with them.
Because they informed like on clearing my BGC (Back Ground verification Clearance), I will get promoted to HP payroll (Permanent) and hardly it might take two months.
But after I joined I get to know that minimum it takes about 6 months and even after that, it may get extended based on various parameters like, individual performance, project requirements, resource needs and so on. Also in the agreement it is clearly mentioned that the payment is purely based on timesheets approved by reporting manager. no personal leaves are entertained, however, client/company holidays get paid if approved by the reporting manager.
Since HP is globally closed due to Christmas and New Year eve from 24 Dec 2010 to 2 Jan 2011, we are also asked to take leaves. But as far as the payment is concerned, they didn’t consider those days, which is never mentioned neither informed in any mode.
In total, I strongly recommend dont believe Objectwin technology India pvt ltd (OTIPL), since they are not open, honest and also not following any professionalism in their business / services.
Big cheaters, especially the manager Balaji, he says so much till we join, then we can’t catch him.

This is regarding the salary issue which was posted to your management and cc ing to the labour ministry, I would like to inform that I have received your salary in full on 6th of November with no dues for 20 days, however the reason for the misunderstanding is because of an unknown company depositing money in my account on 4th of November, plus cutting my calls from your coordinators, which caused the confusion.
Overall the main reason which I find is the lack of communication between the Contract to Hire company and the Contractors, as soon as you deploy candidates to the client location or work, the communication completely stops which is not professionalism, since the world is filled with scandals and conman so the lack of trust is growing among people of the country, hence these kinds of complains are normal in nature because of the present situation in this country.
I again understand that you guys are busy handling over 25 clients employing over 700 contractors all over india, but still if you guys cant call us once in a month or pick up our calls, at least respond to our emails to maintain the trust and confidence, I am a victim of salary forgery in my previous companies so its quite natural for me to react in such an astounding way, I appreciate Mr Muralidhar and the Objectwin management for showing empathy towards contractors and handling this issue in a fast manner. Hence this case stands resolved and closed to its complete nature.
