The Director of this company Joginder dalal is in police custody-jail under St-Sc scam in haryana and various other FIRs has been loadged against this group and if required can be sent but I am enclosing here with FIR no 238 o[censored]jjain where Ok life care has sold medicine to a cancer patient charging 12.5 lacs rs. FIR enclosed.
5. Kindly confirm the authoncicity of this company and if il-legal and playing with the life of the people and looting thousands of crore rs. Per year with a fake licience then who shoud be held responsible.
6. Not even a single product is being manufacture by ok life care Pvt. Ltd. Since established.
7. If they I.e. OK Life Care are is marketing these products how the manufacturing unit can write that manufacture for Ok Life Care Pvt. Ltd. Rohtak.

I have enclosed the list of over hundred products being sold by Ok Life Care Since 2016 without having any Lab or testing Unit on their own name and even though some of the products may be upto the mark but these are upto the mark by the manufacturing company having proper Lab and duly Licienced by AAyush or FDca then how Ok life care can certified these products.
9. How Aayush Haryana can keep and check on the product-Quality -Quantity-and accuracy that thease products are fit for human consumption and where when not even a single product is being manufacture by Ok Life Care which is having over 519 selling points in India to sell these products without having any lab test by Ok life.
10. I am attaching here with all the details of the company for your persual and consideration
An action is required by CBI-Ed-Crime branch to save the country from the OK group of companies registered office 133 Ram Gopal Colony Rohtak. This group is not only looting the people-govt 0f India- but also spoiling the life of thousands of students and youths every year yet getting grant from govt. of India while making fake entries in their records.

All the complaints made against this group are mostly going in dustbin due to their political- financial- and police back up and mostly all the complaints made against this group is either pending or being delayed by the police due to their jurisdiction problem or the pressure. If Police had taken the action against my complaint dt. 11.12.2016 and 24.12.2016 to SSP Rohtak then this group could have looted over 5000 crors Rs from the people- and govt of India.

I am giving below the details of the FIRS loadged against this group. But the vigilance department Rohtak has taken action in the matter of only sc-st scam in Haryana of 45 crores but actually this scam is for all over India and in other states also he has scamed st sc amount which may go to thousands of crores. Only one person Joginder Dalal has been arrested where as some of the main members as per their own records are Om Parkash Dalal, Krishna Devi, Joginder dalal, Sarita Kawatsara, Priyanka Kawatsara, Sangeeta Kawasara, Jatinder Yadav, D.K. Saharon, Sandeep Chahal etc. are some other names as per the records.

They are looting the students, youth of this country and thousands of innocent people who sought admission in this group are being harrashed by them. This group is not only selling the instant- back date degrees to the fake students and earning from one to five crore rupees. per day. On the other hand as per fir no. 238 they are selling fake medicines which they claim are being manufactured by their company known as Ok Life care Pvt. Ltd. The main person, Joginder Dalal has regirtered his Ok life care firm in England in may 2020 and may be planning to leave India. If you do not take any action very quickly you will see one more Ram Rahim- Assa Ram with a team of lacs of fake passouts who have bought back dated degrees and now these students- youths are being motivated to join OK life Care pvt. Ltd.

This company is selling many products to the people of India on the name of OK life Care Pvt, ltd. Where as Ok life care has no manufacturing unit any where in india.The Details of some of the FIRs against Joginder Dalal and Ok Group are as.

The action took by ED department against Manav Bharti University Solan is required against OPJS University Churu as This group is more dangerous then manav Bharti. This group has registered over 10 companies in 2013-14 on the name of ok with an intial capital of Rs. 100000 and now joginder Dalal is in police coustody under st-sc scam of Haryana but this is scam of not only of Haryana and is of the entire country and required to be investigated.

यह लवद्याथी मलर्पुर से आया था 1 सप्ताह बाद दोबारा आिा इसका संभव िही ं था तो यह लदिांक 12 लदसंबर शाम को
रोहतक आ गया और जोगेंद्र दिाि व सररता कवातसरा से लमिा और अपिी समस्या बताई जोगेंद्र दिाि व सररता
कवातसरा िे इसे लदिांक[protected] को वापस यूलिवलसणटी जािे को कहा और बोिा लक उन्ोिं े फोि कर लदया है
आपको लिग्री लमि जाएगी यह व्यखक्त लवद्याथी दुबारा ओपीजेएस यूलिवलसणटी चुरु गया और 13 लदसंबर और रात को
यूलिवलसणटी कैं पस में रुका और 14 लदसंबर को इसकी फॉमेलिटी करके इसको लिग्री दे दी गई परंतु यह कहा गया लक
रलजस्टार साहब लजतेंद्र यादव िारिौि में है इस पर साइि वही कर सकते हैं और अगर आपको जल्दी है तो आप िारिोि
चिे जाओ यह लवद्याथी लदिांक 14 .12 .2018 को िारिौि लजतेंद्र यादव से लमििे गया जहां पर लजतेंद्र यादव िे िा के वि
इस लवद्याथी को मारा और इसकी आलद सभी कागजात व पैसे लिग्री भी छीि लिए और इस को जाि से मारिे की कोलशश
की और तब लवद्याथी में लकसी प्रकार अपिी जाि बचाकर 14 लदसंबर की रात िारिौि के जंगिो ं में काटी और 15 तारीख
को लकसी प्रकार लदल्ली पहुंचा लदल्ली में इसिे आर के पुरम िीसीपी को िा के वि अपिी लशकायत दजण कराई परंतु लदल्ली
पुलिस िे उसका मेलिकि भी करवाया l लदल्ली आर के पुरम के िीएसपी िे िारिौि पुलिस को िारिौि के S.P. को एक
पत्र लिखा और एफ आई आर लजतेंद्र यादव के अगेंस्ट f.i.r. िोि करिे की लिखा i इस संदभण में िेशिि ह्यूमि राइट
िेशिि ह्यूमि राइट्स कमीशि िे भी एक पत्र लिखा एक पत्र सीएम मलर्पुर के ऑलफस SP िारिौि पुलिस को भेजा गया
परंतु िारिौि पुलिस िे लबिा पीऩित का बयाि लिए ही उसे ही मुजररम घोलषत कर लदया पता िही ं इस कायण के लिए लजतेंद्र
यादव िे पुलिस के लिए क्ा लकया यह सारे कागजात भी मैं प्रेम निनरा रोहतक पुलिस के आ यो अलमत कु मार Civil
Lines P.S.Rohtak को दे चुका हं परंतु ऐसा प्रतीत होता है की आई o अलमत कु मार बी जोलगंदर दिाि सररता वह संदीप
चैहि के against lot of proofs बावजूद िा तो अपिी ररपोटण चािाि सबलमट कर रहा है और िा ही उन्ें अरेस्ट कर
कोटण में पेश कर रहा है

लजसमें उन्ोिं े लदिांक 10:.12. 2016 को हमारी माकण शीट देिे के लिए हमें संदीप चैिि के घर बुिाया था परंतु वहां पर
Joginder दिाि िे हमें एक अपॉलिजी िेटर जो उसिे यूलिवलसणटी से लिखकर मंगवाया था हमें साइि करिे के लिए
मजबूर लकया परंतु हमारे साइि ि करिे पर हमारी माकण शीट व अन्य िॉक्ूमेंट हमारी Provisional लिग्री अटेंिेंस कािण वा
ओररलजिि माकण शीट हमसे छीि िी और हमें मारिे के लिए दौ़िा
लजसकी ररपोटण हमिे लदिांक 11 .12. 2016 मॉिि टाउि चौकी को फाइिि ईयर की माकण शीट के साथ
लशकायत दजण करा दी थी पैसे के बिबूते पर आरोपी वे उसके साथी िा के वि बचते आ रहे हैं परंतु पुलिस िे उिका
सहयोग कर रही है क्ोलंक जो िाक्ूमेंट्स यूलिवलसणटी िे पुलिस को सौपं ा है उसके बाद लकसी भी इंक्वायरी की
आवश्यकता िही ं रह जाती क्ोलंक उि िाक्ूमेंट्स में ही यह साफ हो जाता है लक यूलिवलसणटी िा के वि मेरे जैसे हजारो ं
बच्ो ं के भलवष्य के साथ खेि रही है देश के िाखो ं फजी व्यखक्तयो ं को लदया बैठकर देश का भलवष्य खराब कर रही है यह

हररयार्ा पुलिस को एफ आई आर दजण करिे के लिए Recommend ररक्वे स्ट लकया था इसकी लकया था इसकी इंक्वायरी
आप एसपी बािी लसंह लवलजिेंस लिपाटणमेंट जो अभी लहसार में पोस्टेि हैं
सि 2011 में भी जोगेंद्र दिाि मेरठ में Fake लिलग्रयां बेचते हुए पक़िा गया था लजसके दस्तावेजो ं तक पुलिस को
सौपं लदए गए हैं पुलिस वाह जोगेंद्र जिाि के गंुिे अन्य साथी गर् मुझे के स उठािे पर मजबूर कर रहे हैं इसलिए मैं भी
अपिा आखखरी पत्र लिखिे पर मजबूर हो गया हं लक अगर 1 माह के भीतर मुझे न्याय िही ं लमिा तो मैं अपिे बेटे के साथ
आत्महत्या करिे पर लववश हो जाऊं गा लजसका लजम्मेदार लजसकी लजम्मेवार Govt and हररयार्ा पुलिस होगी धन्यवाद

के वि आप देश के भलवष्य को जोगेंद्र दिाि से बचा िेंगे क्ोलंक यह हर साल 20 से 50000 बच्ो ों िो अपनी
university OPJS Churu निनग्रयाों देिर देश िे भनवष्य िे सार्थ खेल रहा है और आप इसिी 5000 िरो़ि से
ज्यादा िी बेनामी प्रॉपटी िे बारे में भी यूट्यूब से जान सिते हैं नजसमें इसमें नलखा है नि यह 25 िों पननयो ों िा
मानलि है और इसिे तार देश और नवदेश में जु़िे हुए हैं
यह व्यखक्त पैसे के लिए कु छ भी कर सकता है और यह आतंकवालदयो ं से भी ज्यादा खतरिाक है परंतु इसके लिए
लकसी वररष्ठ और ईमािदार पुलिस अफसर की जरूरत है जो सच्ाई जािकर इस पर कारणवाई कर सकें िा की पैसा िेकर
लभवािी पुलिस की तरह पैसा िेकर मामिे को रफा-दफा कर दे जो बातें मैंिे ऊपर लिखी है इि सब का सबूत कIगजात
के सलहत मेरे पास है और मैं पुलिस को हर तरह का सहयोग देिे के लिए तैयार हं I
Fir no 3 of 2019 of SVB panchkulla made a scandle by the OPJS university over 100 crores
misappropriating govt. of Haryana funds.
जांच अलधकारी(Amar Kataria-Mdel Town) िे जोगेंद्र दिाि से लमिकर मुझे धमकी दी लक अपिा के स वापस उठा िो
अन्यथा इिका कु छ िही ं लबग़ििे दूंगा और जांच अलधकारी(Amit Kumar Civil Lines) on 6.01.2020 was taking favour in
front of DSP Madam and a result of fail has been presented by him and could even reply that from were the
Pass out park sheets sent by Sandeep Chahal on my mail on 10.12.2016 has come from.
I have given the proofs to Amit Kumar that Sandeep Chahal, Sarita Kawatsara and Joginder Dalal were
Partner in this racket from 2013 to 2019 but he (Amit Kumar) was favouring Joginder Dalal Sarita Kawatsara
and Jitender Yadav. Sir the documents presented by Them on 6.01.2020 in front of DSP madam Rohtak must
be seen along with the mark sheets snached by joginder dalal on 10.12.2016 copy attached and the relation
between sarita Kawatsara, Joginder Dalal and Sandeep Chahal will clearify the entire matter, Kindly give me
some time to prove all the facts before you provided that the documents submitted by them on 6.01.2020
should also be available.
From where the Mark sheets attached of me and my son of Final year LLB has come from in which we both
are passed in first division is the question of investigation.
Now he has made a fire in one room in the university on dec.2019 and stating that all the university records are
burnt.
