I have used Olay products for years and I have never had a problem, so I decided to try the Olay Regenerist, I used the product and after a few seconds my face was burning and felt like it was on fire, then my face started getting really red, my eyes started puffing up, looked like I just had a chemical peel done, next morning my face is still red and sore and my eyes are watering nonstop..
I would add photos but it's saying that the files are too large, but if they are needed I have some..

I used all of Olay with hyaluronic acid October 14. The next day my face was burning.
I am continuing to take pictures of the stages. it developed into a complete full blown chemical burn on my upper cheeks/lower eyes it was severely burning, itching, red, hot and blistered. Doctors have not known how to take care of it. Gave me Hydrocortisone which made it worse. It is now going on three weeks and my face is still red I have many pictures to show the progression. I have struggled to find a moisturizer for my face that does not burn or itch. It is going on three weeks now. Severely dry cracked and wrinkled due to the chemical burn.

I've have been using Oil of Olay bar soap for over 25 years. But over the last year or so I have been having to throw away the soap I buy because it has a weird mildew smell and the soap isn't white it has a tan color. I am very disappointed I have wasted a lot of money

The experience of mine with Olay was great Until I switched the brand but once I started using another brand my skin condition was worse than ever. I had a a clear skin but once I stopped using the olay products I was seriously affected by acne and pimples. But I was unaware of the damage caused by this product. And as a result I consulted a dermatologist. For one and a half years high used medicated products. After two years of treatment...

I was using oil of olay regenerist the normal one with a round container for years, but due to un availability in the store. i changed it to the other OIL OF OLAY REGENERIST WITH SPF 15. But on the first day that i used it, i felt itchiness on my neck.. it was itchy for almost 3 days. I felt this also when i used OIL OF OLAY WHIP. why is it so? is there a strong component on the product. that's why when i saw there is a big discount on Oil of olay Whip yesterday i didn't buy it. i will try later the other Olay with 7 in one and will see if there is no bad effect on my skin.
how can i return the product to the store? it is already open.

I have put in numerous orders and all have been cancelled. First I was told my debit and credit cards were no good to call my bank. I called Wells Fargo and everything on their end is good... that all my orders have been cancelled through the merchant.. My debit and credit cards all all in good standing. If anyone at Olay had bothered to call my bank the problem would have been solved...but you prefer to label someone as a fraud...I take extreme offense to that. Someone there made a mistake and after calling for 3 days...I can not get an answer as to why or how this mistake was made.
I need this mess you have created rectified immediately!!! I am appalled at your so-called customer service lack of help...they just say since it is in the system I am a fraud. Order #2104450 and
#2109828 need to be reinstated...CALL MY BANK!!!

Sharing my personal and true experience. Hello readers. Raghu medicals chemist and druggists outlet do not provide with proper service and are ill mannered. I had asked for olay day cream but the staff had mistakenly given olay night. When i asked for the replacement the owner mr raghu spoke very arrogantly which hurted us very badly even being a such long time customer almost for 24 years they still do not know how to behave with customer
Worst part without even asking our side of story which was very disturbing. It was really an annoying experience and it was very frustrating. And same experience have been faced by my friends also from yeshwanthpur... Its happy we have watched them growing from scratch to this hilltop success sad they forget long time clients have also been part of their success. God bless them to improvise their soft skills... I had taken olay whitening serum for rs. 999 near stores at banglore the quantity of the cream is extremely low if you want will share you the pics
As i inquired and seen the quantity is good so as i spent a more money quantity is too less i felt very bad when we are paying we must get the proper products kindly resolve my query as am a regular customer of olay awaiting for the response.

I bought an olay total effect 7 in 1 anti ageing night firming cream from amazon. The prints on the pack looked somewhat doubtful. Hence i checked the bar code but there wasno product linked that bar code. Tried scanning the qr code too but that even is not tagged to any product. Please take strict action against such fraud sale. I am regular user of olay and will always continue using.

The olay representative at one of the store gave wrong information about the product. She said the white radiance lotion and cleanser would be suitable for oily skin. But it is not. My skin has become sticky now. And i can see breakouts too. My skin generates oil within few minutes of washing the face with the cleanser and applying the lotion. I have spent 1350rs on those products. What am i going to do with the products now? And what about my skin? Why does olay lie to people.

I bought olay natural white instant glow from nykaa. I applied cream two day got serious allergy and than after 3 days. It turned into acne... I taught it might because I was working out those day and I tried to wipe my face... However now when I applied again after few day with just one application I turned into worsened allergy and acne... I don't understand olay is huge brand why this cream had some acid content in it that it literally kinda burned my face first, than turned to Acne..

I want you to check what you guys are mixing in cream that it started to burn and give allergies to face also I want my money to me returned and help me for the treatment ...

Why olay suddenly stopped total effects 7 in 1 serum + deuo. .. this is not fair.. am using this product for more than 1 year but u people suddenly stopped. . This is an fantabulous product I found ever.. please continue this product..

I purchased 2 products in the month of Sept 6ht 2015. The product apparently din't suit my skin.. I logged the complaint on Sept 8th with reference number 23663139. I have sent totally 22 mails and had 10 calls with the customer care so far.. They said they are refunding the money.. There is no update.. Very bad service.. I will never purchase this product and will never suggest it to anyone.. I have already logged complaint in consumer court.. I hope it helps others who should not shell out so much money in buying this product.. I regret buying this and getting cheated like this..

I am a total lover of your products.. particularly the Olay "Total Effects" Anti aging Body wash.
Recently I purchased a 15.2 oz container.. (approx., $8.00)
I was showering and reached for the product-- it appeared there was product on the (what, I believe is considered the bottom, since the opening for dispensing is how it stands)
When I opened the dispensing side, the body wash came out of the other end. I am clearly disappointed. It is a brand new bottle, this was the first time I was using it. Now if I try to dispense the body wash-- it gets wasted as it comes out the bottom faster than the dispense end.
Clearly the seams of this container were not completely sealed.
I don't keep my "grocery" receipts.. so I am unable to return it.

Fake Olay Total Effects cream easily accessible in Market


I recently purchased Olay Natural white SPF 24 day Cream costing Rs 300.
I am using this product for the last 2 year now.
I generally purchase it from a cosmetics shop.
And only this time, I am not satisfied with this cream. When I apply this cream on my face , it leaves a white extract on face which essentially means that it doesn't get absorbed in the skin and hence is not doing any good to the skin but causes itching sensation, darkness.
I had heard earlier that there are fake olay products easily accessible in the market. These fake products seem like the original one from the packaging.
But actually they are fake and are harmful for the skin. When I went to the shop again to complain about this , its shopkeeper,
after knowing that I have come to complain about the product, didn’t even let me say anything. I had to leave the shop without arguing any further.
Then I got to know that the product was indeed
fake otherwise the shopkeeper would have listened to me and even reported to the agency from where he had purchased such a costly product.

I used sunscreen cream of olay in morning and when washed my face at evening it started burning and even i got burned marks on my skin....
This is really very bad... I am very tensed about these marks if it would become permanent.... I want to ask everyone to not to use olay at all.... please.....

http://olay.netbizlabs.com/ is a fraud scheme site for Olay.. It says that the Olay for Rs. 99 will be delivered to home after filling a simple form. But after Submitting the form it says the "we r unable to deliver Olay to ur city" where it is written in terms and conditions that they will deliver by courier.. why it is so?
