Beware of Omega Promoters projects in Pune. I have heard many things about this builder such as projects are not completed on time due to lack of funds. False promices made to the consumers. Plan lay out changed on the fly during constructions without getting buyer involved. I have myself burnt my hands.

I booked an apartment at Omega Promoters project in Wakad, Pune in mid 2005. We were given a verbal assurance that the apartments would be ready to move in within a year's time. It has 5 years and the project has not been completed yet.
