Block this site asap they are preying on innocent parents and looting their money. Showing them unauthorized profiles from other sites such as shaadi.com/jeevansathi they are taking money from people and then blocking them.
After so many complaints, how is it still running? Please please save our parents from these money predators who will manipulate and snatch their hard earned money.

Complain against aleesha, [protected].She sent me fake profiles of boys.They dont have their own data.she suggest and convence for online match point matrimonial site, after that i have registered on your site and make payment in hdfc bank.but after payment she is ignoring me and give me fake number to contact the boy's family, that was unavailable and alish's number also switch off and on whatsapp, also offline.I had transfer 6000 rs. to hdfc bank on the referece online match point.I want them to refund my money or case will be taken to consumer's court.

First they said paid 7500 thousand then again and again calling and last it offered 3000, when I deposit three thousand after that she never attend my call. She provide me fake numbers of other party I had called thousand times but no one pick up the call. Online match point must be punished and returned my money . If they are not punished they are freely fraud with many people . It must stop by our police .

I have an account in matrimonial sites like in shaadi.com. I guess that the online match point took my number from there and kept on asking to register with them, they first straight way sent me some profile which We liked and then later on kept on messaging and kept on calling me to register with them till the time we won’t pay they will never give us contact or give the contact to other party or to a lady. They kept on saying that daily lady parents are calling and interested. They kept calling me till late night till the time I didn’t deposit 6000 rupees and once I deposited then I didn’t get even a single call from them and when I call them they never pick up the call which was so disappointing. These people they are playing with other feelings. That means they are really fraud and the lady who called me her name is SRISTY. So, kindly take an action on them plus I want my money back.

Since i had registered a profile on different matrimonial sites for my marriage, i used to get a call from different sites. I got one call from the name rahul peter (Which is fake). He sent me few profiles which i found interesting. After i discussed with my parents, i called him back. He asked me to pay 8000 rupees and he will give me contact details. Once i paid money, he said he will give me one contact now n rest tomorrow and there i got an alarm something is fishy. My dad spoke to that contact which looked fake absolutely. He told us the name of girl's college in one state and place in different state. So we immediately understood these people are working on a regular basis and fooling people around. They will arrange fake profiles and make to talk their people saying that they are parents of a girl. Cant believe that we are fooled by stupid people. Some saba or god knows what would be the real name of that fraud lady started calling n keep on sending me the suitable alliances to me without sharing the contact information of the alliance. And when i paid the service amount of rs 4000 she stopped calling and picking up my calls. It's a fraud... Please do not get trapped and not lose your hardly earned money.

So this guy called pranay sent my mother few pics and details of a boy.

There staff name monika who called me and asked to submit the money once and i use to get calls from her 4-5 times a day now once the money was transferred they don’t respond to calls and shout at me as if they have paid me.. Online match point are frauds. They send attractive profile with attractive biodata in one's whatsapp number. Though a little smart person can easily doubt the reality behind the profile as they look very attractive with couple of odd decoratives done in the profiles. These fake people demand for payment without actual creating ur profile. And there is no matrimonial site in india which do such a personal approach as these do. These experinces o[censored]s people complaining in this platform should not be limited and such fraud complain must be conveyed to as many as possible.

Please spread awareness as there is no vigil that goverment is doing to stop these kind of people

I have been cheated badly by online match point. It is a completely fraud matrimonial agency who dupe customers by publishing fake newspaper ads. My father called up a girl, calling herself Priya, through a newspaper ad. She took my profile and kept calling everyday and eventually convinced us that the boy's family is highly interested in my profile. She even used some person to pose as the groom himself and claimed a payment of Rs 2500 as membership to reach the boy's family. Here is the bank details of the account in favour of which payment was made.
Current Account SBI A/c number [protected] under account name ONLINEMATCHPOINT (IFSCI- SBIN0003905, Branch name Benachity Bazar, Durgapur).
After payment was successful, she gave a fake phone number that no one received. My father kept calling for two days but the calls remained unanswered every time. She sent some more profiles with contact information that were all invalid phone numbers. Even Priya stopped receiving my father's calls. It appears to be a huge scam as many other agents began to call in my dad's number to offer matrimonial services in the same manner.
The email id provided by them is [protected]@gmail.com (durgapur branch).
Please look into the matter and ensure strict action against them.

However, they said that you will have to pay rs.4000 /- to get her contact details.
After paying the fees they gave a cell number ([protected]) which no one was answering back. I said plz provide service or refund my amount. But they r not refund & said money not refund last 2 month not provide any profile. Plz help me

This is a fake matrimony website. They have stolen customer data from other websites and created a new website. Not having any payment gateway too, they will just ask you to deposit 3000 rs. On first call she will ask to deposit 3000 and then on second call she will ask for 4000. First they will show you two good profile according to your requirement, and then that irritating lady with name - mamta will ask you to deposit 3000 and then only they will share details of 25 profiles. Once we deposited money she gave us two numbers and when we called no one answered our call. Some of their staff only will talk to you pretending to be the second party (Boy/girl side). As soon as your money reaches their account, then no one is answerable. Guys c'mon such people should be pubished who play with everyone's feeling just to fill their pocket.
