I got selected in M.Phil in Law entrance exam in the month of September 2021 at OPJS University. The exam was conducted through online and I even got confirmation mail. I paid Rs 5000/- as Entrance exam fees to OPJS University. I was pursuing my masters degree in opjs university and have colpmeted my first year as well but when i went to give my exams for 2nd year in june 2017, registrar mr. Jitendra yadav did not allowed me to give the exams and when i asked why is he doing so, he didnt talk to me in proper way and started abusing me and called the gaurd of the university and asked him to throw me out of the university.

I still dont understand why...
