My Registration number is 2100726 from the 2021-22 batch. My admission was confirmed for B.A . French at OPJS University. I have attached part payment fees of Rs. 5000/- Despite all my efforts, I have been still put in B.A General Arts. Kindly assign me to the B.A French programme. Your website does not show that B. I got selected in M.Phil in Law entrance exam in the month of September 2021 at OPJS University. The exam was conducted through online and I even got confirmation mail. I paid Rs 5000/- as Entrance exam fees to OPJS University. I was told that 50% weightage is given to the viva voice exam but till date i.e. 23.01.2022 my viva voice exam is pending and every time I call the University they ask me to deposit Rs 80, 000/- fees. I wonder how can they ask me to pay the whole amount of fees when my viva voice is still pending for final selection in M.Phil in law! Now I don't have faith in OPJS University and want my Rs 5, 000/- returned back because now I firmly believe that in OPJS University my future is not at all secured.

I Prem Paul Kinra aged 60 years s/o Late Sh P.R.Kinra resident of 650/28, Subhash Nagar, Rohtak Haryana P.No. [protected] was applied for legal aid services under the economicaly weaker section and I was alloled Mr. Anil Upadhaya in april 2017 and he didn.t file my case till july 2017 and then Adv Yashpal Khileree was allotted and he filed the said case and the copies of the dasti summons given to Mr Yashpall khilree was handed over to me calling me at Jodhpur on 13/8/2017 and asked me to deliver these notices to the respectice defendents.
As advised by hime I have delivered all the notice/summons to the respective respondents and sent the acknowledgement on 17/8/2017 before the court timing through my son at Jodhpur.
Till April no updates were given by Adv Yashpal Khileree and then I was asked by him to take back the file as I was from General category and does not come under the legal aid services, and the file was given back.
In our case We have Passed the Final Year law exams in 2016 and the Final year result was sent on my mail i.e. [protected]@gmail.com in which we were passed in first division but the hard copy of the marksheet, attendance sheet, provisional degree has not been given by the university as being a law student I have made a complaint of the university to The President Bar Council Of india as well as to SSP Rohtak against joginder Dalal.
The Copy of my complaints has been filed in the case file along with our mark sheets from Ist year To Final Year issued by the university but only the hard copy of final year is pening along with the attendance sheet and degree.
As I donot have money Mr Nand lal Hirania has agreed to appear in the court on 19/07/2018 and in case he donot appear you are requested to provide me a lawyer to guide me how to put up the matter in the High Court enable me to get justice to get my mark sheets which may help me to survive my remaining life.
The Staus of OPJS university as well as Joginder Dalal, Rohtak then the Chair person of the University can be seen on google search.You may save the life of thousands of innocent students who are the vicitums of this university as either their degrees has been sold by the university or being hold to obtained more and more money from these students.
This university is not only playing with the life of innocent students but also making the nations pillars weak by making fake doctors engineers lawyers teachers ca, s pharmist providing the instant degrees to the fake students and the status can be seen on google search about opjs university churu news.

Sub: application regarding the previous complaints made by me against joginder dalal and opjs university churu.
Sir,
I, prem paul kinra aged 60 years s/o late sh. Paras ram kinra r/o 650/28, subhash nagar, rohtak respectfully submits as under.
1. That i made many complaints against jogender dalal and opjs university to dgp haryana, ig rohtak, ssp rohtak etc regarding the sale of my degrees to another candidate but no one had taken any action against my complaints.
2. That the rohtak police was also involved with him in fake degree racket and pressurized me to withdraw the complaints and no one had listened to me resulting into demolishing my career.
3. That no fir had been registered against joginder dalal and opjs university by the police authorities and no satisfactory answer was ever given to me.
4. That now it has been proved that whatever complaints i have made against the university and joginder dalalwere true but no fir had ever been registered.
5. That as soon as the fir had been registered against joginder dalal and opjs university in bhiwani distt. Against the complaint of another person, the police took immediate action which clearly shows that the rohtak police is involved in the racket with joginder dalal.
6. That the copies of paper cutting, copies of complaints made by me, reference numbers and all the relevant material which i am having is hereby attached with this application and kindly find it in attachment.
It is therefore prayed to order the rohtak police to register an fir against joginder dalal and associates in reference to the numerous complaints which i have made in last 2 years. Please do the needful as soon as possible for the sake of natural justice.

I was pursuing my masters degree in opjs university and have colpmeted my first year as well but when i went to give my exams for 2nd year in june 2017, registrar mr. Jitendra yadav did not allowed me to give the exams and when i asked why is he doing so, he didnt talk to me in proper way and started abusing me and called the gaurd of the university and asked him to throw me out of the university.

I still dont understand why...
