I booked a ticket in orbit aviations seat no. 08 from Barnala to Bathinda, but when bus came there were other passengers already sitting and conducter said I need to stand as he cannot issue a seat to me... What is the use of booking a seat with seat no. when I am not allotted and conducter giving my seat to someone else..

Please find the ticket and PNR no. I also have taken pic and have it with me as proof

I am traveling on bus whose no. Is. PB03 AP 7514. they placed in stools in between the passage of two and got more passenger in the bus. In addition the air conditioner was at it worst cooling. Even after several complaints the driver and conductor didn't fixed that.

We are travelling on 22 may 2022 from Kharar to Jalandhar and they charged 1 ticket of 430 rupees and total amount of 860 rupees is generated. Moreover my father traveled from the same bus and same route and they charged him 350 rupees. Even after saying the same thing to the conductor he said bus prices got increased....

We are travelling on 22 may 2022 and they charged 430 rupees of 1 ticket only and 860 in total and my father travelled on 19 may through same bus and same route that is from Kharar to Jalandhar. This is not first time they doing so. Kindly take take the prompt action against them.

I travelled from Kharar to Jamalpur(Ludhiana)Punjab, they gave me ticket from CHD-LDH (101 km) and charged me 250 rupees, my ticket no. Was O-WB[protected], they mentioned the bus number as test over the ticket, when argued over the same with the conductor he passed on some bad comments and asked me to sit quietly, also when called over their complaint helpline no.[protected], the responder said this is how we charge even if you get picked from ucha pind, the actual bus no. was PB 02 CS 5600, this transaction happened on 7th March 2022
