We visited Orchids International School, Annapoorneshwari Nagar, Nagarbhavi, Bangalore, on 30th November 2024 to inquire about our child's admission. The school requested us to block the seat, and we paid a total of ₹11, 500, which included the following: ₹200 for the application fee, ₹1300 for the registration fee, and ₹10, 000 for seat blocking.

However, due to personal reasons, we decided to cancel the seat on 2nd December 2024. Despite several requests, the school has refused to refund the amount. We have not filled out any admission form, and we have received receipts for the payments made. We kindly request the school to process the refund of the amount as soon as possible.

The Orchid international school located in Hinjewadi Pune have increase the school fees every year.
Last year for adimission getting 100000Rs and this year also increases up to 122000 Rs.
Also increases the bus fees.
So Request to do needful on this complaint.

Due to some personal reason unable to get admission on the school for my child . As school is denied for not refund the 1st instalment as there is no policy of redund. As session is not yet started nor giving measurement of school dress. Not avaling any services so why school is not refund the amout. As its our right to choose school or not but its ridiculous that in school policy they dont refund . Money is not growing on tree can earn through hard work . They big brand school doing business and earn money by not refunding it as this is not mention thir policy.

Full description-
We paid a feed for admission of our daughter at Orchid International School on December 2021. As Marketing person there told us if you cancel the admission your fee will be refunded.

Later in Feb, as we got admission to nearby school which was convenient for our 4 year old foe commuting, Orchid school was far from our house compare to the school we got an admission Later.

Now as it was in writing from Orchid personnel on the email, that in case you cancel admission your fee get refunded, we written to concerned that we have got an admission to nearby school, kindly cancel the admission from your school and refund the amount paid 10000/-.

The person at orchid tolls us that your refund is under process, please wait for 45 days. we waited till May. Later on we visited the accounts department for enquiring about this.

Staff in the Orchid school is so irresponsible to even give clear messages t o visitors like us. They keep on saying that we have communicate your case to higher management and waiting for their approval on the same.

after dragging this almost 8 months now they are saying "As per school policy there is no refund of the amount taken at the time of admission".

This is such a cheating of on the part of school where they obtain admission and later on does not keep the words.

I request you to take this ahead so that no other person will suffer because of this falls marketing comments.

I have all the evidences including fees paid receipt, email saying fees will refund in case of cancellation of admission, communication where one of staff is saying that your refund is in process, last communication about denying refund
