Sorry to say that after repeated request to hitpa (Tpa of my health insurer oriental health insurance) through mail & telephone for last 5 month i have not received my proper health card id of my health insurance (Policy no.272500/48/2019/506). Unfortunately one time you send me e-card instead of proper health id card.
I mention my complain/request no. With date.

Please look into matter of mediclaim policies. I have taken a policy for my complete family but I donot know how it will benfit me?
No one used guide me. While i am spending a lot money on medical expenses against fever, stomach infection and wife is also suffering from some problem. There is no any problem with prior history nor any serious problem. However, I am not getting any benfit of mediclaim...
