Sorry to say that after repeated request to hitpa (Tpa of my health insurer oriental health insurance) through mail & telephone for last 5 month i have not received my proper health card id of my health insurance (Policy no.272500/48/2019/506). Unfortunately one time you send me e-card instead of proper health id card.

I was about to go through a laproscopy for endometriosis. The reason of the surgery was chronic pain in lower abdomen during menstrual cycles.
