Dear Team,

At our Premises Otis Lift (Agreement No. U005496) is installed since 2017. This building is having 32 flats in it and the lift is in continuous AMC since its inception. We are paying approximately 60000/- in AMC.
However for the last 12 days it is completely closed off. The reason is being that a component is not working properly.

Now they are asking extra money to replace the component even though it is under AMC. The reason they are citing is that they had replaced it in the year of 2020 without any extra charges.
If that is the case isn't that AMC being fully paid off and this year is having fresh AMC as per their quotation.

If we need to pay off extra for services why should we pay for AMC?

Now they are asking extra money to replace the component even though it is under AMC. The reason they are citing is that they had replaced it last year also.
If that is the case isn't that AMC being fully paid off and this year is having fresh AMC as per their quotation.
Service is not regular. Even the representatives do not reply back after repeated attempts of contact.
If we need to pay off extra for services why should we pay for AMC?
kindly repair it at the earliest with requisite part under AMC.
If this issue is not resolved at the earliest we may have to rethink our AMC and also to register complaints at other appropriate platforms.
