I had Subscribed to Outlook Magazine and Outlook Hindi for 1 year on 10th April 2018. I haven't received any Magazine till date. i had trued to Contact them through email but No response. i also tried Calling them on below numbers but none of them works.

I took 2 year subscription of outlook money, outlook traveller and outlook hindi on 21-june-2016. my transaction id is 2016062108371044181816.
It is more than a month now and i have not received my copy yet.
Plz. automate my complaint. either they should start my subscription and ensure that i recieve my copy of magazines or return my money.
I have also mailed on their helpline id but no reply from them....
