The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I had sent a courier AWP# [protected] through Overnite Parcel on 8th Feb 2012.
It reached Kochi on 14 Feb 2012 but did not reached Patnamthitta in Kerela (hardly 50 Kms from Kochi) even after two days on 16 Feb.
I have been tired of calling the Kochi office but do not get any concrete reason. Irrespective of multiple reminder emails and phone calls, i did not get any reply when the courier would reach the consignee.br...

the overnite parcel service of Rudrapur (uttarakhand) received a pack of meidicine from me on 14.06.10 to be sent to Assam. The medicines are urgently required for my ailing brother. On enquiring Overnite delhi office I came to know that the pack was despatched for delhi from Rudrapur only on 18th of june. And Delhi has despatched it for assam on the same day. Till now my brother at Assam has not received it.
