I had recieved a call from one mr. Amit shah [protected] on 11th nov'19 stating that i am selected for data entry job and that i have to complete atleast 738 forms in 8 days after which i will be paid rs. 15, 000/- (Approx) after deduction of registration fee of rs.4, 820/-. I started the job but to to illness could not complete the same. Today 22nd nov'19 i recieved a sms from vm-ndlcrt that a case has been registered in my name. Again another sms is recieved from bt-dcvado that case has been approved at nagpur district court, case type : breaching of contract, case no.-uel97/2019/893, filling no.-2019/780, advocate name-darshan singh, mob: [protected]. I called on the lawyers number and he in return tells me that i have to appear in court on the given date. When i told him that it is impossible for me to come to nagpur. He says that is your problem. Otherwise pay the total amount of rs. 38, 000/-. Please help me otherwise i will have no other option but to commit sucide as i am finding it hard to survive and now this. I have a 70yr old mother and 2 girl children to look after.

I applied for a part time job in quikr.com.. Then a call from oxylite solutions came for data entry job.. They mentioned that there is no registration fees for this. During my first salary payment they will deduct 4000 rupees as registration fees. Then they sent me a agreement and asked me for a signature and any i'd proof. When i sent all these a girl called me from that company and said me your documents are verified and we will send you login id and password to start your work.. But they dint send me... And today they are calling me and saying that a fir is registered at vijay nagar police station though you dint complete the work and they are harassing me.. Plz help me out.

I'm stuck with this company oxylite solutions. They gave me a pretty good deal so i signed a contract. According to that. If i breach any policy i've to pay them alot of money. They played well. They gave me id n password. After 2 days it didn't work. Ofcourse. It was their portal afterall. They didn't reply me in 8 days working period. Now they started blackmail. Yea. A fake lawyer called me n asked me to do a settlement with the so called company.in approx 50000 rs.
I'm totally under depression now. Don't know what to do. This is gonna be the biggest regret of my life. I know alot of peole have stucked in this. If anyone already got out from this trap. Please tell me how.
I have a doubt "is that contract legal" i mean anyone can make it on internet n signed over internet. They can really file a case against me.??

This company was such a disastrous experience
At first i got a call nd they told me about some 820 forms.. Which i have to fill in 8 day and today ws my lastday and i have completed my whole work on my time and my qc reprt say tht my 164 forms were not accurate... So i got a call and they asked me 19000/- rs for sending a link for accuracy nd i refused to give.. So they started.. To say well meet u in the court. Nd i just immideaily checked about this site on net nd got info tht they r fraud so... Plz reccommend how should i treat with there touturing calls now

Company is demanding ₹7999/- again and again for maintenance charges and my account on which i was working got blocked because i didn't logged out and next morning when i talked to concerned department they demanded money otherwise told me to face legal consequences and saying that you signed on our agreement but they somehow managed to take my signature by saying that they will pay ₹27/- per form and i need to fill 820 forms, then i started working as it was home based work and after filling 160 forms, i forgot to logout their platform.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

I started my work after some time electricity cut off and my laptop got switched off. After Electricity resumed I tried to login again but it did not login. I informed to the same contact no, he asked me to contact customer care no. [protected]. On this number I was informed that I have violated the terms and conditions an now I have to pay 7000 rs. I denied to pay. today I got a message from "qphccrtt" that "your case has been registered at Vijay nagar police station, nagpur. Again I received a message from 'qphccrtt' that case has been approvedat Nagpur District CourtAt palm rd near all India radio.

I got scammed by a company name oxylite solutions who first tells that they are providing data entry jobs and after that they will trap you by website issues, server issues.
When i called them for help they told me that now they are forwarding it to legal department and legal case will be filed against me so either to pay them money or case file
Kindly help me in this matter sir because this fraudsters are increasing their scam day by day.
