I am comllaining about oziva product which was not yet recieved and shown delivered
I ordered oziva product which is a prepaid order I got tracking id but it was showing product delivered but I am not even received the products . it's already 3 days as passed. i have sent a mail to oziva. there are not responding properly and there are not responding.I in tracking id they didn't mantion the location where they had delivered my product.Its a prepaid order .please help mw to get back the maoney or product.

Not having the Product yet after waiting 15 Days

Dear Sir, I had made an order of amount 320 on 19th Feb But unfortunately not having the product still now. I had a mail after payment saying to contact VIRANI YASH NILESHBHAI. But there was no contact/mail of him and also there was no information regarding the product delivery

Money has debited but order related information has not come yet for long days.
I have ordered for an item for long days ago and amounts has also transferred to your account but no information has come yet.

Order rejected money deducted.
I placed one order in oziva 49/- it is cancelled on 14th.next I placed another order 948/-. It is also rejected. But they didn't send my money back to me. I have everything evidence of that transaction so that easily teach them a lesson. I mailed them, and contacted through Instagram but no ise they didn't reply. They don't know how to treat customer. They know how to influence people with cheap publicity. Please teach them a lesson I needed my money back. It's 7days already my money doesn't back. Please help me sir...

Hello, I had ordered an item from Oziva, I got a delivery tracking number now when I had tracked my shipment, it is showing that it is already delivered on 26th May, but I did not receive the order till now and no one had called me for delivery. I need a immediate resolution for this. I need my order delivered.

i had ordered 2 bottles of " oziva hair vitamins' on 8 december and i have not received it yet.
but it is mentioned in the tracking option of the web page.that it is delivered.
