I ordered oziva product which is a prepaid order I got tracking id but it was showing product delivered but I am not even received the products . it's already 3 days as passed. i have sent a mail to oziva. there are not responding properly and there are not responding.I in tracking id they didn't mantion the location where they had delivered my product.Its a prepaid order .please help mw to get back the maoney or product....

They are displaying that 2 container at 883..i ordered it and paid for it. Today i received only one container inside the box. I feel really cheated on this. And i already complain to flipkart. Please do something regarding this. There was no returning option too....

I placed one order in oziva 49/- it is cancelled on 14th.next I placed another order 948/-. It is also rejected. But they didn't send my money back to me. I have everything evidence of that transaction so that easily teach them a lesson. I mailed them, and contacted through Instagram but no ise they didn't reply. They don't know how to treat customer. They know how to influence people with cheap publicity. Please teach them a lesson I needed...

Hello, I had ordered an item from Oziva, I got a delivery tracking number now when I had tracked my shipment, it is showing that it is already delivered on 26th May, but I did not receive the order till now and no one had called me for delivery. I need a immediate resolution for this. I need my order delivered.
