I would like to draw your kind attention towards an issue
wherein I booked a plot of 160 square yards area in the Neemrana Project
developed by PAL Infrastructure & Developers Pvt. Ltd. The plot was booked by
paying 25% advance i.e. ₹ 1, 25, 450 of the total value of ₹ 5, 20, 000 (@ ₹ 3250/square
yard). I had made the payment on 1st August 2006 via cheque number 580803,
Dt: 2nd August 2006 for the value of ₹ 1, 25, 450...
