I want redeem my points where redeem option
I want redeem my points where redeem option it is dis appeared why????????????????????
all what you telling is completely wrong as approve i have now in available points 9305 points and as per your quality system as your claim, for any survey i complete panel station not give me points directly but your quality team checking for 6 weeks at least after that approve or reject my points, so it means that my available points 9305 points is already checked and approved by your quality system so i have the complete right to redeem it my right my work.
Another thing your system not working well and all you mentioned in your reply email is not correct as following:
1. I do not have multiple accounts on The Panel Station 100% if you can prove or do not tell again
2.Ever never responding to surveys without paying attention to the answers 100% i am sure if you can prove or do not tell again
3. Ever never Answer by playing the questions without reading them
4. Ever never i failed to correctly answer some of the quality control answers we often include in surveys.
i completed successfully 583 survey gained 295523 points i am following
terms and conditions but really panel station became weak no quality just want eat our rights check my profile i need redeem y points i never leave my right
give panelist members rights because this way of professional panels check others

Issues with date of birth

I keep on seeing invalid date of birth when ever i try to redeem points.
I contacted panelstation on Instagram and they keep ignoring my messages. I don't know if this is how bad there customer service is.
I would like to get my panelstation registered date of birth as it is urgent.

I am a genuine member from last 6 years of panelstatio. Now I am redeem and entering my right dob. 20/11/1982 but their system saying wrong. Perhaps someone hack my profiles and changes my dob. Or any bug they creat for scam. During the years many time I redeem but did not be problems. What I can do now ??

rewards not credited

I have redeemed 3000 points dated 16.1.2020 and another 3000 points dated 19.02.2020 for paytm cash. However they have just mailed me that the reward has been credited to my paytm account but when i checked my wallet their was not any amount credited. I am ready to give the entire passbook details however the panelstation is not giving any reply to my mail or complaint.

Hi,
My order number is 50251. I have received the amount of Rs 300 cash from borderless acess panels for redemption of 3000 points in panel station.I haven't received my order. I have checked in PAYTM.From PAYTM customer care they told from borderless access panel to assit me to get my amount through PAYTM.Kindly help me to get my amount.Thank you.

Didn't transferred money in my account

I had a account with panelstation. I opted for paytm money option for redemption. The total amt was 1100 rupees. Firstly they credited only 500 inr in my paytm account add sent me a mail that they have paid all the amt. Then i asked for proof of that payment then they provided my a transaction no after conversation with paytm they told me that, the transaction no belong to some other account not mine. After telling the same to panelstation they credited only 300 inr in my account and terminated my account without any warning which is against their terms and condition and are not paying my remaining amount. Even according to their terms they can forfiet that amt. Which is in panelstation account not that which they have conveyed that they have transfered i also sent them snapshot of my paytm account but still they are not ready to pay the amt i have their mail as proor stating that they have transfered whole amt in my account
