First of all thanks for this online consumer complaint facility, I bought a villa from Paramount Villas Pvt. Ltd. on 19th March, 2012, till date, 85 percent payment has been done and 10 Percent is in processing, but now in last demand letter they applied Rs. 32550/- as a penalty interest in account of late payments, although it is wrong.
