Please be inform that on (22Sep2014) I have submitted Form 10c & 19 at PCS Technology, East Boring Canal Road Patna, Bihar for the purpose of withdrawal of My EPF Fund under PF A/c No MH/30019/5038, and Details are Given below for your further reference please.

Can you please oblige me by sharing My PF form submitting date to PF office by PCS. also please share PF office Inward number ?
As per trailing mail I submitted my PF form on 14/09/2013, almost 5 months ago but not receive my PF amount yet. Even I approached many times to PCS to know my claim status but not find any assertive reply.

Regarding Experience Letter & PF
I was given my resignation on 08/09/2009 from PCS Technology Ltd. But till the time i have not recevied my experience letter and PF also. So many times i have communicate on mail and on phone with PCS Management but there is no single reply on that. Kindly help me out on this matter.
I have copied all mail communication which was i done with PCS management for further reference.
