My policy is in pearls and i do not have any documents of my policy, because my agent has kept all document of my policy and i doubt that the agent will verify the payment of my policy by verifying someone else.
Please tell me how i can get my policy payment

I have done a fixed deposit amount of rs 35000/- for a tenure of 7years where they said that i will get double the amount of fd i have done.
The tenure has been completed and i even shared the docuentrs to them for reimbursement, the team has shared the acknowledgements slips and told us that, the amount will be credited asap, by cheques or bank transfer.

In surat, i have problem to complete payment upto maturity date, but no response from company officer not any proper reply mis behaviour, Now i m surrender / buy back my all policy recript which was payment by me. I am requested to send back my money as early as possible. ORC no.CZ[protected] Registration no.U[protected] Buy back / Surrender date. 2/4/14 no response......
