Purchased some items on 17 Dec 22 and requested to cancel the order. The order was cancelled but no refund generated.
Then made new order - now the company has the amount which was very high - no sign on product being delivered nor am i receiving any messages or intimation about the whereabouts
Please help me get my amount back from these fraudsters.

I ordered a set of plates from the company on October 1. Haven't received my order yet. No tracking information either. Emailed the customer support email id multiple times but no response. Messaged them on Instagram. multiple times but no response....
